Loki and Gracie: Submitted by Lia A.:  Loki is a super energetic, 4 year-old blue Weimaraner. He loves playing outside and chasing his ball, and could do it all day long! He loves anything with peanut butter, but his very favorite food is... LETTUCE! His sister, Gracie, is a 3 year-old Doberman. She is a sweet girl, but is much more interested in chasing her brother than the ball. She loves treats and lounging on the deck on warm sunny days.

I care for Brin, who was a stray rescued by Nowzad from Helmand. He saved lives by being able to sniff out bombs because he knew of the dangers because of his strength of smell. He was also captured by the Taliban who thought he was a specially trained dog. Brin now lives in the UK and without Nowzad we would never have got him out. Please help them to continue by sharing this and donating to help them build a permanent shelter. This is not just a rescue shelter..this charity is the only recognised charity in Afghanistan helping to trap, vaccinate and neuter the strays to enable the local people to live and care for these animals once more and welcome them back into their homes after years of being unable to because of disease due to war and neglect.
