Hold onto your sketti, there's big news in the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo famliy. Mama June, family matriarch and purveyor of all things buttery, ketchup-y and sugar-fueled, has lost a lot of weight -- without really even trying.

Two years ago, June weight 365, but now she's down to 263 -- and all without dieting, surgery, pills, exercise or really anything!

What's the key to June's impressive weight loss? June told TMZ that the show has made her more active. "They have me running around and going different places ... I guess it's paying off."

Health experts agree: “When you’re obese, weight comes off really quickly,” New York City’s Barry’s Boot Camp trainer Noah Nieman told ABC. “She could be burning 2,000 calories a day just from being active and getting herself out of her comfort zone of sitting on the couch and watching TV.”

But just because she's sporting a slimmer figure doesn't mean June's any less outrageous. And if the weight continues to come off, June says "they'll be calling me 'Sexy Miss Mama' baby."

I like this family. They love each other and they have fun. Mama June is smarter than most of her critics, she is saving money for her kids while doing this show and while you all hate she raking it in kerching!

I am not trying to be mean but, she looks almost JUST THE SAME! It's one thing if as an adult you choose to eat everything and not care about your weight. There are also metabolic disorders and medications, such as steroids and anti-depressants that can cause weight gain whether you eat right or not. But, to allow your child, your baby to be overweight and not healthy is not giving them a "leg up" in life. Kids are cruel. And, so are some adults. Not only will they be made fun of but, they are setting their kids up to be more prone toward high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.

Is this show making fun of these guys? Is this really what America is coming to? Im suprised the state hasnt gotten envolved. Kids should not be drinking red bull mixed with mountain dew. Thats got to be child abuse if you ask me. I dont see how this is educational t.v. And them poor children. No manners no respect no self controll no dignity at all. This show makes South Park look like an educational t.v show.

Until last night, the only information I have of this show is the T.V. ads which have absolutely disgusted me. Being from the south, I despise any show that depicts southerners as ignorate and Honey Boo Boo certainly does that. Last night, out of curiosity I watch briefly and was totally put off by mom picking her nose at the end of the interview portion. I fail to understand how you can call any show of this nature as entertainment.

I am from the south, and the lack of manners in this family is appalling and denigrating to those of us who are Americans. Lowers standards of humanity.
