The '90s were a great time for a lot of things. But fashion? Not really one of 'em. Especially if you happened to be in a popular hip hop band like TLC. Silly matching outfits were a total thing then -- it's not T-Boz's fault! Even so, we're not above taking a look back at some of her, ahem, finer fashion moments.
