Baseball Legend Pete Rose and Fiancee Kiana Kim Coming Soon to TLC!

Major League Baseball legend Pete Rose will be coming to TLC later this year with a new reality show about his life and impending wedding to model Kiana Kim. We're looking forward to watching the romance between the 70-something superstar and his 30-something fiancee unfold.
The LA Times is already anticipating the new drama, "Expect to see some drama from Rose's adult children, who are quite skeptical of the relationship, and some long-distance woes: Rose lives in Vegas and Kim lives in Los Angeles. But we're pretty sure those crazy kids are gonna make it work."
We sure hope so!
The show premieres January 14 @ 10|9c.

Pete Rose did not bet against his team and then throw the game. He bet on his team to win. Why is that wrong. If you truely believe is something why is it wrong to bet on it.
His being banned is JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!

After watching the Lance Armstrong interview with Oprah, what Pete Rose did to get banned from Baseball is small potatoes. Lance used drugs to win not once, not twice, not three times but seven times. Pete's baseball accomplishments were all his. Should he have paid a price for gambling? Absolutely. But not because his performance didn't warrant it. Lance wasn't even sorry he doped, he was sorry he doped and got caught. Pete is the first to say he made a mistake. Pete Rose belongs in the Hall of Fame.

It's important for Kiana to know that her children are going to suffer greatly from this decision to move them to NV. Children from divorce are not the ones who chose the divorce. No matter what else happens, Pete is correct. What is best for the children is of the most importance. He is very wise in this. No matter how "adjusted" they seem even when the move happens, it is only because, as in this episode, they fear loss of one or both parents. It's too much for them. Hoping Kiana will be able to rethink her own needs and wants for the sake of her children. Trying to "make them happy" will turn in to "giving them everything". They really don't need every "thing". They need support, consistency, respect and love from their parents. Being the main focus does no mean bribing them or complying with their every whim. So far, I have not seen that work for anyone yet. Best wishes for all and in all of the difficult decisions that need to be made ...

I think the show was entertaining. Kiana has a good sense of humor and her children were really cute. I was surprised that Pete Rose made fun of some of the kids at the pool party. I thought it was childish and kind of mean. It's hard enough being a teen in this world, without a grown-up makig fun of your physical appearance.

Already, the "Mrs"gags me. In the preview/commercial, she puts him down in order to call attention to her ridiculous silicone breasts! To the best of my knowledge, Pete Rose is the celebrity in the show; and she is....who? UGH!
I would like to add that I am fully aware of the fact that the show is undoubtedly scripted. But, any woman in a true, loving relationship wouldn't do that to a man she cares for!
Though I never change my channel from TLC, I just might during this one!

The show has not even begun yet and already the "Mrs" gags me! To the best of my knowledge, Pete Rose is the celebrity in the show and she is a nobody- without him. Yet, in their preview/commercial; she puts him down to call attention to her ridiculous, silicone breasts! I find her obnoxious already. Although I love Pete Rose, I'm not sure if I want to watch her. And, TLC is normally the only channel I watch!

Unfortunately, Reality Shows-(scripted) must have fighting in them to be successful.
