When is Cake Boss returning for another season?

Cake Boss is returning early in the new year! But, for now, we're focused on Next Great Baker.

How can I get a cake from Carlo's Bakery shipped to me?

Unfortunately, Carlo's Bakery does not ship cakes via postal or courier services.  They deliver wedding and larger specialty cakes to catering facilities.  Depending on how far your venue is from the bakery, there will be a delivery charge.

How can I become an intern at Carlo's Bakery?

Interning is a demanding  position which requires professionalism and a fair amount of artistic/culinary skills. Therefore, you must submit a resume as well as come in to meet with the staff at Carlo's Bakery personally to fill out a formal application and discuss what you are interested in learning. Baking/Culinary experience is required.

How much time do you spend at Carlo's now that you're so busy?

I'm still here almost every day - I usually take 1 day off a week to spend time with my family.

When is your baby due?

Lisa is due in mid-February - she's doing great!

What is your favorite kind of cake?

My favorite kind of cake is my Dad's Cream Puff Cake - there is nothing like it anywhere else!

Hi Buddy, My family and I watch you all the time!! I come from an Italian family much like yours my daughter and I laugh so much about your family interaction much like ours. lol!We had a cookie recipe from My Grandma she used to make a Italian cookie that required cooking down a moskatal wine grape cooked down for hours to make the syrup this was used to cover the cookie with.The cookie dough was rolled out cut into strips pinched into a pinwheel style and fried in oil. then cooled and coated in this wine syrup. Is there any Italian that knows what kind of cookie this is???This is so IMPORTANT to me I want to teach my children so they can pass it on. I made this cookie as a young child with my grandma but have no other info exact my memory. Thank You

BUDDY! My daughter and I love you, the whole crew, and the show! She is nine and has deep Italian and Sicilian ancestry from her dad's side. So, I want to become skilled in cooking those authentic dishes but she is allergic to eggs. Do you know of an alternative I could use to substitute for egg in some of your recipes? Most of the time, we leave it out and it turns out great but is still not the same of course. HELP! Thanks Buddy!

Hey Buddy!!! Greetings from Nova Scotia Canada. I love your show, my boyfriend and I watch all the time. I am a self taught cake decorator, only been doing it for a year basically. I have a question, on your website under modern wedding cakes, cake #16 is what I have a question about.
My sister got married last oct & wanted that cake.... A local decorator told her we can make you a replica. Well, that didn't happen & the cake looked horrible & was obviously done in a hurry. I believe that your beautiful little Sofia could have done a way better job that they did, & they didn't think that there was anything wrong with it. The entire cake was thrown out because my sister was SO unhappy & distraught & it tasted nasty. Where did you get the mold, or what brand/mold number is it because I want to make the top tier for their anniversary. I have looked online, but can't find it. If you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much and I hope you get this!!!
