My daughter and I watch your shows all the time. She mentioned how awesome it would be to have Buddy make her sweet 16th birthday cake and maybe have him give it to her. So, that's why I'm here. Would you please make her sweet 16th birthday cake? It's not for another 3yrs. but that gives me time to plan and save for it. Thanks Buddy! Sandy.

I was wondering how your mother is doing. Did you know that Gluten Allergy or Sensativity is connected with ALS. I am Gluten Sesative and now being Gluten Free have helped me with my symptoms. I'm sure you already know this but thought that I would share. I use alot of Potato Flour, LOL

Hi Buddy! I love your show! I was wondering if you had any starter recipes for making pound/sponge cakes, frosting/filling, and fondant from scratch? I want to try to make my own cakes in my home town, and if I get good enough, open up a bakery! It'd be a real big help, if you could help me with that!

My son absolutely loves your show, he's been watching it almost religiously since he was 4. He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in July 2011. In March this year he turned 6, he wanted a monster cake and said he was ok not eating any of it but it was sad to watch him see his friends enjoy it. I was wondering if you've ever made a diabetic friendly cake? If so, do you have any recipe tips you wouldn't mind sharing? I love baking and I've tried to bake diabetic friendly treats for him with some success but as for a fun birthday cake it doesn't seem to turn out the same.
Thanks very much! Wishing you all the best.

On the show Next Great Baker this past season I've noticed that many times the bakers had a failed cake, you or one of your guys threw it out or ran it over with some type of machinery. I understand that you do that for drama and it is your way of punishing them. But I am just angered by the fact that you waste all of that cake and dessert. I could't even count how many pounds of cake you have wasted. You can keep the drama, but you could do it in another way. There are homeless shelters that you could donate to, that would love your cake and would think it is the coolest thing. I am 15 years old and I notice these things? Why can't you?

My mom and i love watching your show which also inspired us to start making cakes but the fondant recipe that we use doesnt fall on the cakes as nicely as the one you use. i was wondering if you could send me the recipe you use. also what do you use for modling chocolate?

Hey my name is Karyssa. I know you have millions of people probably bugging you 24/7 but I pray you have the time to read this and respond. First of all you have the most beautiful family!! I wish that my family was as big as yours but i appreciate what I do have everyday. I absolutely love the show and the cakes that Buddy and his crew make. But more importantly... my sister Kayla who is 6 months pregnant with her first kid (my only sibling) is in love with your show and in love with cooking. We both watch you on TV. whenever we see your shows on. My sister graduated from Kutztown University for business but then decided to pursue her dream and go to culinary school at Northampton and graduated from there as a cook! I'm 19 years old and my sisters 23 but she means everything to me being my only sibling. Life hasn't always been easy... our mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in her early thirties and to this day is on her 11th surgery. Thankfully she is now cancer free just getting the reconstruction done. They had to remove everything... all her muscle and both breast. My sister has always been so strong and is my best friend. I would do anything in the world to get you to make her a cake and deliver it right outside of jersey in PA at her baby shower. My sister has done so much for me and always has been there so I really just want to do something so special to her she will remember it the rest of her life. The baby shower is Saturday March 2nd 2013 in Slatington PA. Please Buddy or someone from his crew email me and let me know if there's ANYYY possible way for me to do this for my sister. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this I hope and pray to hear back from you!! P.S. She's having a baby boy named Cole... I'm going to have a nephew and I'm more excited then ever!! :)

Hi Buddy.My name is Cherise.
I am from South Africa & I have been watching your show now for a while. I love you & your family.
Could you please tell me how to make a TRUE WHITE buttercream icing-same as fondont white?!
I have been using Wooden Spoon White Margerine, Icing sugar & Vanilla Essence.
Every time I add vanilla essence, the icing goes a creamy colour. Its quite annoying!! Is there a white food colour existing or even a recipe? Thank you.

My name is Lisa and I am writing to tell you about my 10 year old daughter Emilee and how much she just adores your show! You are truly her idol! She has loved to bake ever since your show came on and this is what she wants to do for a living now! She tells me all the time how her dream is to win the next great baker title. I would love for you to meet her and give her some words of encouragement or to show her some little tricks(tiny ones) to keep her on her goal of being a great baker someday. My daughter doesn't ask for much and when she does I try the best I can as any good parent would to make those wishes a reality! Could you contact me to let me know if you could make my daughter's dream of meeting her greatest idol a reality! Emilee and myself would be so ecstatic! Thank you Buddy for inspiring my little girl and i wish you and your family happiness, and your mother i wish her to get better soon and that her pain would diminish just a little if not all! Thanks for taking the time to read this

I fell in love with your show and your family a couple of months ago. I fell like I know you all! I SO wish you delivered to BC Canada! I SO want to taste some of the goodies I hear about so much on the show.
Why I am writing is to ask if you and your family are okay after hurricane Sandy? I have seen the pictures from Hoboken and I feel it is my adopted second city home. Is Carlos Bakery okay? I pray that you all are safe and I know that once you are okay, you will be out helping others.... Hoboken style baby!! Luv to you all! Sigrid from Canada!!
