I watched your show about your Mom and I cried along with you. I wish her all the best and she is in my prayers. God's will in this will be the outcome, whatever he thinks is best for her and the family. You have my prayers and support. Jane

Dear Buddy, I'm a huge fan. I wish your tour would come to San Diego. I would love to meet you. I watched the episode with your Mother being sick. My Father is recovering from Cancer. I wish her lots of love. She is very strong and with the love of family and friends she will get through this one day at a time. I'm saying my prayers and wish you and your family the best. Is there any way that you could come here to San Diego. I would love to meet you and learn more about you and baking. I graduated from baking and cooking school in 2003. I would love to bake with you. Love, Leslie

I was wondering if you could give us some clues on how to make the church cake. My granddaughter just loves it and would like to try to have one similar to it for her wedding coming up soon.

I just got back from seeing the Cake Boss at Westbury Music Fair on Long Island. While the show was okay, we were really disappointed as we were told that the Cake Boss would come out and sign autographs right after the show. Well, we waited over an hour for our daughter to get his autograph and he didn't show. What made it worse was that the people associated with the show said Cake Boss was really going to show. My 11 year daughter was really disappointed. We won't be watching his show anymore.

I look at your show on Discovery Channel any time I can, it's great, and I wonder why:
- you and your team never wear a net on your head; to prevent hair from falling
- we never see you guys washing your hands or whatsoever
- why some of your team are dressed like mechanic when they are supposed to work in a pastry laboratory
...and I got a lot more to say...
show's great, really I love it, but it would be a must if you'd improve this matter.
to me there is a lack of hygiene here.
no offense I hope, just my opinion

We have made your Italian Custard Cream three times..I have your cook book and we love your show. Each time the custard does not set up. It stays a watery consistancy instead of a custard. We use it in cake mixes and it does make a moist cake, but the custard consistancy doesn't happen..Please help..

Hi, I love your show- havve taped a lot of them. I would like to make a cake for my granddaughter's 5th borthday. I would like a carousel or something that moves. I do not want the cake to revolve but have a device within the cake that goes around with a merry-go-round with horses. Will you please send me instruction on how to do this. I appreciate it much - God bless you and yours.

I am making my daughter's 3 layer birthday cake. Due to time constraints I have to bake the 3 layers 2 days before the party and dirty ice and fondant the 3 layers 1 day before the party. What is the best way to store vanilla and chocolate cakes for 2 days and then what is the best way to store the cakes once the fondant is applied.
