I'm a 16 year old girl from England and I am studying food at school for one my GCSES. For our exam we were given countries and we had to cook food from our given country, we have to make a main course and a dessert, I was given Italy and do not know of any desserts that I could make, as we are only given an hour to cook, I just don't know what I can cook and I was wondering of you know of anything that I could make. It would really make my day if you had any ideas of what I could make, thank you for your help in advance.

¡Hola! Buddy I'm like one of your biggest fan and I've been baking since I was 12 and I bought over $200 worth of supplies because when I watch your show it inspires me to do what I love doing. I've googled everything to help me smooth a cake to where it looks like it's been covered in fondant. Nothing helped so I turn to the expert of frosting a excellent smooth cake. Is there any tips or directions what I can do to frost a cake that smooth?

Hi Buddy, I love your show, I watch it almost everyday. I wanted to know if I could email or talk with you personally without making a consultation. My email is email@example.com so if you could please email me back at that email that would be great. I also really want to own a bakery when I'm older if you could give me some tips on owning a bakery that would be awesome.
Sincerely,Colin Reid mandell

My wife & I live in a little unincorporated-town in upper N.E. TN called Roan Mountain that adjoins Elk Park, NC. My wife & I met in college & married a few years later (She came from Brunswick, MD, with a proper Northern accent & at that point only went to church 1 time in her life whereas I had lived in TN with a strong Southern accent & had been a born again Christian with Southern chivalry all of my life.
There is a really nice state park here with 5 star 2-story cabins, tent sights, R.V. hook-ups, outdoor pool, tennis court, with literally hundreds of wild deer in the park that you can come within 3 feet of before they run. This town has 36 churches: 19 Free-will Baptist, 6 Missionary Baptist, 2 Presbyterian, 2 Christian, 2 Church of Christ, 2 Methodist, 1 Adventist, 1 Church of God & 1 Holiness & is located at the geographical center of what is known as “the bible belt”.
Buddy, my wife & I watch cake boss all the time & after that hurricane hit near you I had no doubt that God was going to bring your company back stronger than before; You see, when I was 14 back in 1983 I had a brain tumor, had 3 major surgeries, lost down to 53 pounds & given a 10% chance of living. At that point I had pretty much gave up on life until my football coach told me something that I apply every day since, he said a winner never quits & a quitter never wins. This partial list of miracles really did happen: they are filmed, documented, been seen in 14 countries & 42 states (All major surgeries are filmed for 2 major reasons: 1 = for proceeding doctors can learn from in different locations; 2 = In case of lawsuits.) I spent 55 days in the hospital. Took off of feeding tubes, all medicine & fully release.2 months later I had a homebound teacher for 5 months (3 days/wk.6hrs./day) & made up ALL homework/tests missed. 3 months later I went back to school & graduated in 1987. Went to college & went on 2 mission trips with churches. (I honestly did want to go to NJ to help but without the ability to drive (vertical vision) NJ would’ve been a pretty good walk & I don’t think my wife would’ve approved anyway! (LOL)
Buddy, years ago I wrote a very detailed Testimony from the 18 pages of original medical papers I obtained from the hospital & called it “A Testimony of God’s Love” by Brian McMahan at atestimonyofgodslove.blogspot.com
If you have time, I would appreciate it if you could read it. (It truly was inspired from God & is somewhat emotional)
Thank you, your friend, Brian McMahan email@example.com
(P.S.) I noticed we both were born in March but 3 weeks apart
(P.P.S.) If we never meet you or your family on this earth I’m sure we’ll all meet soon.
I KNOW NOT WHEN NOR HOW I GO FROM THIS FAMILIAR SCENE; BUT HE IS HERE, & HE IS THERE, & ALL THE WAYS BETWEEN. AND WHEN I PASS FROM ALL I KNOW TO THAT VAST UNKNOWN, THOUGH LATE I STAY, OR SOON I GO, I SHALL NOT GO ALONE.

Taking a shot in the dark hear. My two daughters are scheduled to see your show on Wednesday the 20th at the Weidner center. We were a little late getting the opportunity at better seats. I hope the kids are able to see the show.
The reason for my E-mail is to see if you include audience participation? I wanted to mention my youngest daughter fascination for you and the show. Every morning before and after school she watches your show on the computer. She makes every effort to make cupcakes in the kitchen from her learns through the shows. Absolutely obsessed with the show she even mentioned a vacation to Hoboken NJ.
Anyway, I was hoping to see if you did include participation during the show if possible could reach out to my daughter Madelyn Cole who is 9 years old as potential participation. She is a great kid who would welcome the lime light and the opportunity to meet you.

My name is Diego I live in Texas and I have to do a passion story and one of my passions is baking. It is the best the feeling you get when you make a cake, or a cupcake, cookies and they turn out good, plus people are complementing you on the flavor is amazing. So... On that note I was wondering if you would be willing to have a interview with me over e-mail, I have to be credible for my story, because it is an AP class. Anyways thank you in advance.

Hey buddy. I know your busy and I tried calling the bakery. I live in California but I'm doing a project and my topic is cake. I need somebody to interview and I thought who else besides the cake boss. You are amazing and I love the show. It would mean a lot to me if u could email me firstname.lastname@example.org. I really wanna do cake but I don't have anyone to interview. Plz it would mean a lot to me. Hope u can. Cake boss 🎂

Hello, I'm having trouble with my dough shrinking after one or two roll outs It starts to shrink. This is cookie dough. It has slowed our production down to where we are not able to keep our stores full. We are an all natural dog treat bakery. If you could help us many puppies and cookie elves would be extremely grateful. Thank you. Puppy and Joyce

my question is.....I am opening a home based bakery. how many work area do I need..like I know an airbrush area, a baking area, decorating area, is there anything else and if so where can I find a list.
10/21/2013 at 01:52 PM
Hey Buddy... I was wondering how you can be called the "cake boss" when half of the time your cakes are mostly made of cerial treat and you only use like the smallest amount of sheet cake. You can't be the cake boss if your just paying for other people to make these elaborate cerial treat sculptures and all you really do is put a little frosting on a cake... the only cakes you make are square or circle. Ace of Cakes made everything out of cake and they didn't trick you out and use cerial treat... If I ordered a cake from you and it was made of cerial treat I would be pissed off...
