Just wanted to say that after the tacky "stripper" episode, Cake Boss is being turned OFF in our house for good. Not only was it tacky and uncalled for, it ran right after school in our area. Did Buddy let his kids see the cake before the bride-to-be picked it up? Mabey he should think about his own "family" before he subjects this garbage to my family.

I would like to know how do you make a tiramisu..I saw in TV you make one for an italian man..If is possible , I want to know the traditional tiramisu..I don't know if I have to use brandy or Kalhua in cafe expresso or pour marsala wine with the mascarpone ... Thanks Mirna

Buddy,
I couldn't wait to see the episodes from Italy. I had a feeling that a baby was on the way, when suttle hints started dropping. It was physically obvious that Lisa was already several months pregnant (baby bump, no shots of her swimming, long loose shirts) when the big announcement was made. You had to act surprised for ratings? Your show is good, you don't need to resort to gimicks for additional viewers, or insult current viewers intellegence.

Why do we not see Toni in the new programs. Is she coming back. She is sorely missed.

I had to stop watching due to the lack of sanitary steps taken when handling the food. The outside (and in most cases the inside) of every cake is touched by multiple hands with no plastic gloves, no masks are used, no footage is taken of anyone washing hands or utensils. Toooooooooooooooooooo grossssss.

Hey Buddy, thanks a lot for ruining a great neighborhood bakery. My family members have been devoted customers for many years; now we can't even get into your place. That's some thanks to give the customers who would pay $40 for a cake even BEFORE you were on TV.
