Where in the Universe?

Scientists suspect this used to be an asteroid but it's locked in orbit around a planet now. One day it's going to crash to the surface. It's not well-studied, but this week a European spacecraft got what is the closest view yet. Where am I?

Isn't it Phobos? But what gets me is those groves going around it and sometimes down inside of craters and back out again to continue on around. How were they formed? That's just crazy...
