We've been talking a lot about making the podcast carbon neutral. James is working out the logistics. Meanwhile, if you want to calculate your own carbon footprint,
here's an online carbon calculator developed by a firm called Conservation International. I almost did this for a Feedbag story last week, but it didn't make the cut. So close...
Anyway, according to the press release, the calculator "is a quick and easy way to calculate carbon footprints, learn about ways to reduce emissions."
I calculated my own yearly footprint. You can do a quick, simple or detailed calculation. According to a simple calculation, my carbon footprint was 15.6 tons of CO2 per year. Meaning they suggested I donate $188. That's not so bad... can someone loan me like a hundred bucks?
