You're Only Successful If Your Workouts Get Boring

I love it when a client tells me they are bored with their exercise program. Yes, you read that right. I love to hear it. Now you probably think I'm a health nut minus the health part, but let me explain.
Why is it great to hear that someone is bored with their workouts?
It means they are doing it often enough to get bored with it!
Over the years, as I've taught people how to exercise, they might need an appointment with me only every 4, 6, 8, or sometimes even 12 weeks.
And I've started to notice something very interesting.
Sometimes, when a client shows up for one of those appointments, they often "complain" of being bored with their current routine.
I've also noticed that they are also usually very happy with their results.
Then it hit me...
They are "bored" because they are repeating the workouts over a span of many weeks! So they're getting results AND needing a new challenge.
The best news I can get now is to hear that a client is bored with their workouts because it means they are actually doing them over and over and over again!
