Watch the premiere of Factory Made Wednesday, May 28 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on the Discovery Channel.
Visit a production line that serves up home-style cooking, 60,000 burritos at a time. It's a different dish every day on this flexible production line, and you'll discover their secrets for making food taste farm fresh even after being on ice. Next, you're behind the scenes as the world's largest hi-def video screen is built from the ground up. See how a display the size of a ten-story building starts with a tiny high-powered light bulb. Then, it's off to a factory in cowboy country where they've been crafting cowboy boots for generations. See how they turn over seventy-five different kinds of skins and leather into fashionable and functional footwear.

I was just curious, what is the name of the company those boots are from? i woke up at the last little bit, and i like those boots...

I found tonight's show simplistic and superficial - closer to John Ratzenberger's "Made in America" than to "How It's Made." What makes "How It's Made" so entertaining are the intricate details and engineering within the manufacturing process. What makes John Ratzenberger's show so annoying are the moronic platitudes and lack of any technical perspective. It's as if he is trying to entertain idiots. "Factory Made" is slighly less annoying and about as informative as Ratzenberger's drivel. Please do not pander to the average moron and replace "How It's Made" with this kiddie show.

Does anyone know a way to get the 8 episodes of "Factory Made" by downloading or DVD or whatever, for use by me and/or my students in my Cost Accounting course at my university?
Thanks!
