TUNE IN to 18 KIDS AND COUNTING
= Mondays on TLC at 10PM
= Wednesdays on Discovery Health at 9PM

Praise Him for his many Blessings on you and your new Family. We are partial to girls ourselves as we are enjoying our 9 month old 6th daughter in a row! We have yet to have the special blessing of a son. Our theme has always been a little unusual as we do not have a flower names or same initial theme. Ours has always been that one of the names for the girls is a pretty thing. The first girl was also the first grandchild on both sides so we modified the names of both grandmothers (Mary Kay and Rosalyn) and we came up with Kayla Rose. Daisy Grace followed as well as Melody Hope, Angel Marie, Cherry Lynn, and Ruby Joy. Other Girl names we enjoyed considering were Lily, Pearl, Lucy, and Esther. Remember to have a couple (just in case) and also have a good boys name ready for the same reason.
Blessings to you on this marvelous journey!

Hi Josh and Anna,
Congrats again and I have a couple of names I think you might like. I think you should go with the letter "R". For you baby girl you could go with Rebecca and call her Becca. You can spell it Rebecca like how i spell it of Rebekah. Some other "R" names are:Rachel, Rama, Ramona, Regina, Rhea, Rhoda, Ria, Robin,Rose, Ruby, Ruth. You will most likely need boy names too, so here are sum I like:Robert Ralph Randell Ray Reed Richard Ross Russell.
Thanks so much for sharing your baby's life with all of us. Can't wait for her to be born!

CONGRATULATIONS on your baby girl! may blessings abound.
since you asked about baby names - I love the M idea in honor of Michelle. You could also have the first child have an A name - the second a B name ...... easier to keep track of them if God blesses you with many. perhaps her name should be Michelle though - after grandma - or her middle name at least. I know it is a plain name but I like Mary - mother of Jesus. Whatever you name her she will be blessed.

I know you probably have already been given this suggestion, but since Josh's family has quite a few "J" names off the market, you might consider going with Anna's first initial. There are many beautiful “A” names as well as many with spiritual and biblical significance. Congratulations, I have a three-year-old daughter who is a blessing to my life everyday. May God bless your little girl and continue to bless your precious new family.

Maybe they should name her JoAnn since that would like a really cute combination of both their names since of course she is parts of both of them. But if they don't want to go with a "J" name maybe something like Bailey or Leslie i think those names are very pretty

I was just listening to my favorite musical "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" by Andrew Lloyd Webber, and I thought of you, and your baby. I think you should go with a children of Israel/Jacob theme: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, daughter Dinah, Joseph, and Benjamin. Of course you may need more girl names, so you could also use Leah and Rachael(his wives).

I think Heaven or Nevaeh (Heaven spelled backward) would be beautiful names.
A Biblical theme would be awesome if you are planning on going with a "theme" for your children's names. What better place to find names for your children than in God's word?

Congratulations Josh and Anna on your new addition. I can't wait to see your bundle of joy. Here are a few name suggestions and their meanings.
Jaden or Jadyn means "God has heard".
Jahzara meaning "Blessed princess".
Janet means "God's gracious gift".
And I heard Josh mentioning on one of the episodes that he might carry on the tradition of the letter "M". After his mom's name. So here are a few names starting with the letter "M" and their meanings.
Mabel means "My beautiful one".
Macaria meaning "Blessed".
Malaika meaning "Angel".
Malia means "Calm and peaceful".
Matana meaning "Blessed".
Mateja means "Gift of God".
And if none of these will do, you can name the baby "Samantha Renee" if you want too?
Congratulations once again. My prayers are with you and God Bless you all abundantly.
P.S. Don't be afraid to go for the epidural Anna.

I think Josh and Anna should do their own thing when it comes to naming their new baby girl. Let the JimBob Duggar family stick to the J's
Now as far as what I like. Never having a girl myself this might be fun. I love names that are different. Carrington, Ashlynn, Delaney, Brooklyn and Kimberly are on the top of my list. Anna would be a beautiful middle name. :)
