The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
December 23, 2008
It's that wonderful time of year again where, although there's a chill in the air, the warmth of roasting chestnuts, sipping hot chocolate, wrapping presents and cozying up in front of the fireplace with loved ones reminds you of the greatest joys in life.
And yet, we just know you're doing everything to resist the urge to log on to that computer ... especially to check in on the men of Catch! Looks like temptation got the best of you. No worries -- the holidays are all about indulgence!
So, just what are the guys doing over the holiday season when they're not crab fishing? Well, apparently, they're, um, fishing.
The Hillstrands took a trip to New York City and made an appearance at the New York Boat Show. Watch their report below about their travels to Mexico and a marlin fishing tournament -- second place! Andy and Johnathan, you'll always be No. 1 in our hearts.
Sig and Edgar Hansen made a pit stop to Epcot Center earlier this month to spread a bit of holiday cheer with Mickey and the Disney crew.
All the boats are now safely home for the holidays ... and, gearing up for the second half of the season: Opilio fishing starts in January! Keep checking back for updates and don't fret -- April and Season 5 are only a few more months away!
Happy holidays and warmest wishes for a safe and wonderful New Year!

This is an excellent blog you have , well laid out and plenty of good info..
My hat goes off to these brave lunatics who risk their lives to put this delicacy
on our tables. and to Sig Hansen,i always knew the vikings got to America first. Columbus was to drunk to notice he was wrong.Take care and be safe out there
