Puppy Bowl + Conan O'Brien = Late Night with Puppy Conan
Riding upon the tails of success of Animal Planet’s “Puppy Bowl,” Conan O'Brian rolled out an all new format of his TBS late night talk show this week -- Puppy Conan. Complete with an exact minaturized replica of Coco's desk and couch set, itty bitty props and celebrity guests (Justin Bieber!...sort of), the all-canine version is just about the cutest thing we've seen this week since this ball of fluff waving to the masses.
"I thought we should jump on the puppy bandwagon. If people love it, why don't we get in on this thing," O'Brien explains to his studio audience. "So if you don't want to watch the show we're doing right now, we have an alternative. Please enjoy 'Puppy Conan.'
Puppy Conan's hosts are two adorable, bewigged (golden retriever? lab?) puppies masquerading as O'Brien and his sidekick, Andy Richter. As you can see in the video below, Puppy Andy seemed to have a case of stage fright-- or he was simply not digging the bad rug he was forced to wear.
