Two Sick Pups Check Selves into Hospital...Sort Of [VIDEO]

An Entirely Different Kind of Pup-P-O Insurance
Talk about being at the right place at the right time! Amazingly, two emaciated puppies in desperate need of food and medical care took matters into their own “paws” and walked into the lobby of Christus Spohn Shoreline hospital in Corpus Christi, TX., where they patiently waited with the other patients to be seen. The poor little pups were clearly exhausted and severly underweight but evidently smart enough to trust people.
According to KiiiTV, the hospital staff treated the pups and contacted local shelters to find safe animal welfare group that could nurse the little guys back to health. They were ultimately transported to the Gulf Coast Humane Society and their rescue has resulted in the community coming together with help from the hospital, a news crew and an animal shelter.
In just a few short weeks, the puppies should be ready for adoption. Kudos to the Spohn Shoreline Hospital staff for taking time to do the right thing and help out little pups!

Heartwarming. Too bad there are starving and homeless pets on our streets. People need to adopt pets, other than providing breeders with an income to possibly make an over population of more homeless pets. Spay and neuter your pets!
