WATCH: Bouncy Sheep Plays Hide-n-Seek With Happy Dog
01/31/2011
In an odd twist of fate, sheep herds dog.
Just when we thought that Bee the Bouncing Lamb was the absolute cutest lamb-playing-hide-n-seek video on the planet, comes along this darling interspecies love affair between a bouncing, fluffy sheep and one scrappy happy dog. Dingleberries and all, this Sheep is having a good ole time clomp-clomping around the barnyard with a dog that seems to have decided "...to hell with the whole herding thing."
Is this normal sheep behavior? Perhaps the sheep is actually protecting something in that dilapidated little shack!
Check it out and you'll never eat lamb again. Really.

I wonder if the camera person got rammed considering where the video cuts out?

That is so cute!

These two animals are playing games!!! like hide and seek. The sheep grew up watching galloping horses so now he thinks he is a horse, and that dog is an embarrassment to the Lassie kingdom!!!

@Robin ahahaha I was just wondering the same thing as the video ended.

That sheep is more than likely trying to ram the dog...sheep are not friendly...
Posted by: Derek | 02/07/2011 at 04:55 AM
That sheep was actually a bottle baby who grew up with the dogs on the porch. They're having a friendly game of hide and seek now that Annabelle is out with all the other grown up sheep. :) Visit the site http://chickensintheroad.com to see other antics by Annabelle and many other animals.

You are correct, that is Annabelle!

That video belongs to Suzanne McMinn from her blog, Chickens in the road

Yes, that is Suzanne's. This is blatant plagiarism! You can bet we will let her know about this theft.

It is really sad when a site stoops to this - it is really so hard to get permission and to attribute properly?
Is the Puppy Bowl also stolen?

Isn't this posted on Youtube?

sorry, the rest of my comment was deleted. If it is a video posted on Youtube how can it be "stolen" or ripped off?

This is a glimpse of the future, that's what new-age farmers call an 'indigo' sheep.

dam sheep probably trying to ram the dog
REAL MONEY for looking at an ad for 20 secs . Not a bad deal eh? Even more money for referrals…doesn’t even require a credit card…
It adds up nicely and is at least worth taking a look.

That's adorable. I never saw a sheep run - had no idea they hopped like that.
I love to watch different animal species interact with one another. How incredibly smart they really are.

Hmm...I have no idea what I just watched but I really fancy some roast lamb. Hmmm...lamb. I could MURDER some lamb right now. Hmmm...murder...lovely tasty murdered lamb. Hmmm...Death. I hope the microbes enjoy my dead flesh when I DIE. Hmmmm...I can't wait to die.

Hide and Seek? If that was the game, only Spot was playing . . . That sheep was seeking to ram Spot but spot is smarter than sheep. If that was Flash (our border collie)rather than Spot well, that would be a dead boring clip, save for those who enjoy watching people aimlessly wandering through the woods looking for terrified sheep.
