Fresh from the Awwwwww File: Loyalty + Friendship Defined
While many residents of Lone Oak, Texas are mourning the recent passing of Mr. Wayne Giroux, owner of Wayne's Lawnmower shop, no one is taking it as hard as dear Spot, Mr. Giroux's faithful dog. You see, Spot faithfully waits each and every day by the side of the road in front of her home- hoping and waiting for Mr. Giroux to come home. As you'll see in the video attached below, the imprint that Mr. Giroux has left upon Spot runs amazingly deep and is a testimonial to the unconditional, unwavering love that our pets give to us every day.
Break out the tissues and enjoy this little Monday morsel of goodness!

Those of you who like this story you should rent Hachi: A Dog's Tale. It's based on a true story about a dog in Japan that did that as well...

I hope some kind neighbors are feeding this poor dog daily, & maybe one of the neighbors will "adopt" this lovely dog & give it love & kindness.

It might be nice if the Small Engine mechanic adopted the Dog & it could be a good companion for the dog he has already? Just an idea if you live nearby. Seems like a great dog for adoption.

@Michelle I was going to say the same thing. Spot is never going to give up; Hachi never did. And Spot prob doesn't want to go home with anyone else. Poor sweet thing.

I want to know what happens to him. Someone has to help him. I would take him if I could go and get him. There has to be family that cares! It breaks my heart!
