While wandering the streets of New York City recently, I must have walked past the UGG Boot store on Mercer Street about fifty times (not always intentionally - I was unknowingly walking in circles) and was continually astonished to see the store packed to the gills with hordes of frenzied shoppers all hours of the day. Unlike many footwear fashion trends that come and go, the popularity of the UGG-style boot has seemed to surge with every passing season and now your pooch can toast their tootsies with faux-fur lined UGG-inspired booties to keep the cold out too! (While the UGG folks indicate to me that official UGG dog boots are not yet available, they did tell me that pet-related UGG products may indeed be on the horizon.)
