'00 Harley Davidson Road King - Submitted by William

Tail_of_the_dragon_2

The bike was built by Firefighter Monty Loyd. It has approx. 280 hours of paint time by Monty, Nick, and Jeff. Gold Leaf was by Jef. The Fireman's Prayer is on the front fender. The mural on the tour pack is in memory of Firefighter Todd Venette killed in Iraq. It has hard bags, Maltese Cross mirrors with flame stems, wide beach bars, led lights, working siren, and antique fire extinguishers just to name a few items. The dash shows every firefighter's name who was lost in 9-11. It has a 360 brake on the front which really set off the aluminum weld wheels called "Blade"; they are 18 x 3 with 140 avon tires. Flame fireman skulls on the front and rear of the bike were done by Fireman Joe's of New York. There's a rear diamond plate tail board just like you would find on a real fire truck! The seat was done by a retired firefighter in IL who owns "Chopper Chairs".
