Skull Discovery 911 Audio Recording Released
December 12, 2008
The Orange County employee who called 911 yesterday to report the discovery of a human skull told the dispatcher that the skull was found in "the Caylee Anthony area." That call has since been released to the media and can be heard here:
The skeletal remains are currently being examined by the FBI to determine if they are Casey Anthony's missing two-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony.

This is as bad as the Jonbenet Ramsey case.
That report on the body decomposition only includes SEVEN of the more than 400 a body gases puts out during decomposition. The gases named are scents included in some cleaners.
The chloroform can be made by spilling chlorine bleach on nail polish remover (acetone). One of them could come from decomposing cabbage.
These Ph.Ds at the Body Farm are trying to prove the use of this pseudo science in forensics.
Likely, though, they left chloroform in the rug in testing as they tried to extract DNA from the rug. It is one of the components used for that purpose in testing.
No wonder they want to be alone when they do the autopsy. With a witness there, it would be harder to misinterpret or create "evidence."

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

The thing is Tim Miller admitted they could not search that area very well at all because of the standing water and then later when it receded a bit chose not to search it because it was roped off and said private property so they researched other areas.
Okay-that being said-WHO owns the land, and what happened to the rope and sign???
It just seems VERY suspicious to me that nobody mentioned the sign being there during the initial searches, but when Tim said there was too much water, and left, there's a sign and cordon when they go back to continue the search.
If the water department guy was able to go back there and relieve himself, the rope and sign must be gone now, right???
It sounds to me like MAYBE somebody deliberately put the sign there to keep the searchers out-after Tim said he would be searching it after the water receded-then took it down when TES finally gave up and left!!
It sounds to me that someone didn't want the searchers snooping around.
Just TOO CREEPY for me.
Any idea who owns this land??

We can't be sure where the chloroform originated from. However, with the computer forensics team discovering a search on its individual components and/or how to prepare it, on Casey's computer, at least part of the reason why it exists in high levels remains suspicious.
If I recall correctly , one of the expert opinions on Nancy Grace (or other show), it may have even been Kobilinski -prior to being retained as a defense expert (not certain), or it could have been Baden, said that although chloroform is used to extract DNA from crime scenes, it would not have met the level of concentration that was found in the trunk. Perhaps pesticides also contain some of those chemicals.
I am a classic cynic, but to presume that the Medical Examiner would "create evidence", risking reputation and a career , really sounds like a conspiracy theorist's analysis. I think that most people are more self-preservationists and would not want to blow their lives with the goal of attempting to frame one individual. There just isn't enough in it for them. Now, the way that they may interpret findings, on the other hand , may be stilted toward the opinion that they are 'expecting' to be the result. However, this can and may be countered after the Defense Experts get a stab at the evidence themselves, and lend their own opinion.
There is a lot going on this case that seems to be at the very least inappropriate, and at worst, highly unprofessional. Trying to play 'objective' as a commenter on the Nancy Grace show after becoming a defense expert, Dr Kobilinski is walking a tight rope, and in my opinion, he should have excused himself from one role or the other. Dr lee calling into the show to report his findings, without any apparent contractual obligation, does nothing more than create an additional spectacle. It seemed as though he was more interested in maintaining his 'star-status' rather than preserving the integrity of the case.
That said, if there was a gag order on everyone, including the attorneys, I would see no reason why they couldn't be present if the state was fairly certain that the remains are Caylee's. However, Florida law clearly stipulates that they have no obligation to do so until there is an official ID of the remains. So they played the hand that they had. I know that I would certainly be more happy to perform my job without interference, directives or suggestions from an outside entity. Especially if those people were known to call into TV programs to report their findings, (if a gag order was breached or side-stepped in some manner).
For the most part, the state has kept a tight lid on their information. Yes, there have been some leaks, but the mother-load of info was released in conformity to the FLA Sunshine Law. I would imagine that both or neither reports from MEs will be released in accordance, some time down the road.

For my last post
CORRECTION: spelling Kobilinsky vs. Kobilinski

Finally, this is coming to an end and this little girl (2 years old, not 3 like had been reported because she definitely died before her 3rd birthday) will be able to be laid to rest properly.
May Casey Anthony get what's coming to her. Ten-fold.
R.I.P. Caylee.

to Donna Moorhouse...
I was thinking the EXACT same thing! who owns the land? who "fenced" it off as I read in one report. Saying it was "roped" off with a sign actually makes more sense than a fence because how difficult it seems to remove a fence! so yeah... why was it off limits and then later not? hmmmmm...

Donna, good thoughts. Odd bits like the sign and roped-off area really make me wonder, too.

Agree with the analysis that the conspiracy theorists are hard at work here. Medical examiners follow protocol, tape autopsies, and are members of professional organizations that set standards of procedure.
Now any of y'all want to bash the coroner system; I'm your girl!

A hammer, a handful of stakes, some rope and a DO NOT ENTER sign...under cover of darkness...and VOILA!!!
ANYONE could do that-heck-even my lazy 19 year old-if she had a good REASON!

"Agree with the analysis that the conspiracy theorists are hard at work here. Medical examiners follow protocol, tape autopsies, and are members of professional organizations that set standards of procedure.

Heck-the Anthonys have gone out of their way to obfuscate this search every chance they got.
I don't think it's THAT far out to think that Cindy or George too a late-night walk with the Yorkies, and just happened to have a few building supplies in it to erect a barrier where TES hadn't searched yet.
I mean-COME ON!!! They've lied for her, done the "princess" thing in jail, WHY NOT try to keep TES and Padilla from finding Caylee???
Cindy and George have made no bones about the fact that they're angry at them...and that they'll go to the ends of the earth to protect "Princess".
Then the signs disappear after TES gives up the search????
Okay-right.
And I'm the Virgin Mary...

One more note on the subject here about the autopsy:
Typically the sequence of events in a murder case is like this (extremely simplified):
person murdered,
body found,
scene investigated,
body autopsied,
DNA sent for ID, or dental records for a known missing adult, if only skeletal remains and can't be ID'ed through family by photos, fingerprints etc.,
missing person's data base researched,
questioning by investigators (of person of interest), others,
arrest of suspect (><), suspect retains lawyer,
lawyers request findings from autopsy for their experts, along with other evidence through discovery, lawyers request access to body/evidence for their own autopsy.
So although the Anthony defense says that they are being placed at a terrible disadvantage (in representing their client) in an aberrant situation by not being present for the autopsy, in the vast number of murder cases, defense experts do not get to see the body and evidence until the State ME is finished. In those cases, the defense is often able to achieve acquittals. I give Mrs. Baden a lot of credit, though. I like her. She is smart and has brought a different tone, of less hubris -more solemn. She seems more focused. She's not revealing what her strategy is until she understands the State's case in its entirety .

David-can you or anyone else tell me when and where the face shot of Casey smiling like the Cheshire cat in the blue Target hoodie (that was purchased with Amy's check) was taken? Was that at the time of her first arrest after Cindy called 911 and she was being hauled into jail? The other videos show her in the same outfit and all smily as well as she was being "escorted" in handcuffs into the hands of LE... My she was sure a happy camper at that point~me

So this really keeps me busy... A bag with a skull was found and now more bones have been found. This is really disturbing for me but how did both get separated. Am I just reading the information wrong?

I can answer your question, Liz - that cheshire cat grinning picture was taken at the Orange County Sheriff's office during the very first arrest - on July 16th I believe? Probably when she first arrived to be booked in - arrested "on a whim" in her angry words to her family in her phone call from the pokey trying to get her "boyfriend's" phone number out of anyone who would give it up. That's also the same time she sashay's through the lobby in handcuffs, barely able to supress a smile when she comes out of the double doors on her way to the jail. Everything was so funny that day!! So annoying to be arrested on a whim. After all, she did NOTHING wrong - NOTHING!!! (major sarcasm intended)
Thank you for CB's posts - I've been saying this for days to the TV screens when everyone has been taking up in defense of the "dream team" crying about how they have been blocked out of observing the "autopsy". I want to know why NOT ONE of the "reporters" has come forward with the reason why - and that is - THE CHILD'S BODY HAS NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED AS CAYLEE YET!!!!! That's the stage we're in right now!! WHY SHOULD the judge & ME allow this parade of peacocks in any kind of preliminary phase???? Wait as looooong as you want to release the official identity, FBI/Orange County M.E. - and THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU ARE DOING. My aunt lives about a half a mile away from this scene, and I had emailed her on Thursday morning to compare our thoughts about the absurd Larry King Live appearance. At the end of my email at around 9:30am, I said PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow Caylee to come forward - just like Laci & Connor Peterson - PLEASE have her be found so we do not have to be subjected to Cindy & George hammering into the public day in & day out that Caylee is 100% alive & being sighted all over the U.S. Not even an hour later - my Aunt called & said - "THEY FOUND A BODY RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM THE HOUSE, ACROSS FROM (Her Grandson's) SCHOOL" I said - thank you God. THANK YOU!! Next up - DREW PETERSON. That murderer must be stopped.

So as I was getting my daily dose of Investigation Discovery, WFTV.com, etc... I notice a case that was brought into the light in regards to June 10, 2008 at Jay Blanchard Park where Casey had told Leonard Padilla that story that Casey now went to Jay Blanchard Park, and Zenaida and "Sam" took Caylee from her there and gave her a "30-day script" she was to follow...or some crap like that...Anyway, just my two cents on where she got the idea of the park, it was around the last time anyone saw little Caylee.
"Nicole Ganguzza disappeared after a jog at Orlando's Blanchard Park (see map) the evening of June 10, 2008. Her body was found nearby about 24 hours later."

This is one of the best crime sites on the web to keep coming back to. Thank you David Lohr. My heart goes out to the whole Anthony family for all they have been through and especially for all the despair their daughter put them through simply by not telling the truth. They are good people, I would love to be their kid. They'd fight for me and let me get away with murder and I'd still be thier Princess. I just DREAD hearing Zanny Bannani did it the whole next year!!!

Why in the world would George and Cindy Anthony ask for immunity if they had nothing to do with the murder? They know way more them they are telling everyone.
related news, Nancy Grace has reported that the attorney for Casey Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, has allegedly asked for immunity for his clients in exchange for their cooperation. From here--> http://blogs.discovery.com/criminal_report/2008/12/recent-happenin.html

I have been following this case since the first time I seen this beautiful little girl's face stating she was missing. I have only a few points to make.
1- How could a 2 year old child be missing for more than a month and no one in that family not known about it or even reported it?? I mean these grandparents, term used loosly, didn't they ever call to say hellow to this child? Did they never see her to realize she had been missing for over a month? They can fly all over this country and talk about her, Caylee, but they never just called weekly, daily or anything to speak to her? NOW, they show up and start this not for the grandchild lost, but to protect their daughter. COME ON!! SHE KNOWS.. the grandmother knows... in her third call to 911, she said it, so for her to go that far, she has to know what happened, or atleast know something. Why would she tell 911 that it smelled like a dead body and not like -- trash had been in there for a while--- come on, if I had not suspected or known anything I would use the terms, like it smells horrible, like trash or skunk. I have never experienced the smell of decomposing flesh, so I could not make that judgment, I would only know it was a bad smell.
2- If they know nothing and let this country worry about the return of this child, clearly more than her own family, why would they refuse a lie detector and now ask for immunity?? They knew.. they were involved, perhaps only in the cover up, but they KNEW... my thoughts, they helped cover up this horrible crime for their daughter and their daughter stuck it to them.. HAD Casey never stolen her mothers car, and her money... HUMMMMM, how long would it have really been for the world to hear about this little girl??
3- AMBER ALERT... what else needs to be said? If she knew this child was missing, why not call authorities and let AMBER alert help search this country to help locate this beautiful little girl? One parent can not do as much as an entire country will all law enforcement officers at hand.
People, COME on, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out.. I could go on and on about things that just does not make sense in this case, but regardless of this "worker" WHERE IS THE BREADOWN that this mother, again used loosely, instead of calling and looking this contry over for her missing daughter, decides a night on the town drinking and living it up with her friends at the local pimp ring, is more worthy than looking for her missing daughter...
I will never believe anything other than this woman should be gased, hanged, electrocuted and left to rot in her own selfish tomb.
To Caylee:
God bless this little girl, she is with hose who love her now and will forever take care of her. God didn't want this child to live a life of hurt and that is why she is with him now..
May she remain safe in his loving arms.
