The "Discovery" Everyone is Talking About
November 08, 2008
I am on the scene in Orlando, Florida, covering the search for Casey Anthony's missing 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. This afternoon, the local media started to report on a "suspicious bag" that was found by Blanchard Park YMCA Family Center. I caution you not to get excited over this find.
I was aware of this find over an hour ago but did not report on it, as these types of discovery's are made all the time. There is no sense getting everyone worked up into a frenzy over something that is most probably nothing. Unfortunately, since that time one of the volunteers has leaked it to the media and now everyone is tripping all over themselves to get more information.
I was at the command center when that call came in from the search group. It was at about 11:00 a.m. My understanding was that it was not divers, but a group of students who study forensics at a local college. They found a towel or a bag - still waiting for clarification – and some bones. Law enforcement has gone out to the scene to investigate.
Now before everyone gets all excited, please keep in mind that volunteers are constantly reporting the discovery of bones. There are animal bones all throughout this area. Hundreds of bones have already been found today and as of yet none of them has been proven to be human. Hence, there is no reason to get excited by this "breaking news."
Keep checking back here and I will provide you will all the latest details as they come in.

the fact that college students who are studying forensics made the find, makes me think they would know the differnce between human or animal bones

Are they searching the Boggy Creek Swamp? It seems that area could be consistent with the cell phone pings. She could have swung by there after leaving her parents' house on the 18th and before heading up to Tony's apt. I think that is also the area where that man claims to have seen Casey pulled over with the big hat and sunglasses.
Thanks for everything you are doing!

I was just watching t.v. BIAZ is requesting change of venue, he also said his only chance is attack attack the case, he also said he wants a gag order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so here my question why is fla. law enforcement allowing him to do this it is on the grounds of impeeding and investagation not to mention he has a interest in seeing her get out, I GUESS HE DIDN'T READ HERE TEXT'S STANDING ONE MAN AFTER THE OTHER UP.

I have been following this story for two months now, and I am heart broken for all involved, from the little girl, to the granparents and even Casey. I find myself stuck to this story because of stubborness Casey has in telling the truth about the situation. It makes me wonder what the Anthony's are protecting about their earlier years as a family, and how Casey views the outcome if she should ever tell the truth. That said, I am not only a parent, mother of three but a birthmom, and I cant understand how Casey can not be disturbed or moved in anyway not having her little girl with her. I had to place my son 20+ years ago, and missed him terribly and was forever a changed person the day I was made to let him go. I was lucky enough to be reunited with him, but I missed out on so much, and that I can never get back...Please Casey!! if you get to read these,,,,tell someone where she is! She needs you to be honest for her, whether Caylee is with us or not. From one mom to another!!
