Grand Jury Returns Indictment in Caylee Anthony Case

Casey_anthony_mug_shotFollowing a full day of testimony by a string of witnesses in the case of Casey Anthony and her missing two-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony, a Florida grand jury has returned an indictment in the case.

The exact count has been sealed until until the suspect is taken into custody. Since it is a capital crime, bail will not be an option.

Sources say Anthony should be taken into custody within the hour.
