New Charges Filed Against Casey Anthony

The Orange County Sheriff's Office has filed six additional charges against Casey Anthony.

According to a department spokesperson, Anthony has been charged with two counts each of fraudulent use of personal identification, uttering a forged check and petty theft.

No further details are available at this time.

Wow, this has been a roller coaster ride for the family AND for all of us who are concerned. After hearing about the chloroform today. I feel that she was using this chemical to get the baby to sleep so she could party. Either leaving her in the car at a bar. Or in someones house. Here's my theory of the crime:
Casey bought chloroform because she saw in some movie that it will put a person to sleep. She intended to keep her daughter under chloroform while partying/running errands/working at the Universal Studios, whatever. She accidentally overdosed the little girl.

Thank God equusearch did not pull off. The volunteers are the only hope at this point in finding the body of Caylee. The new piece of evidence about the chloroform is interesting. This was found in Casey's laptop and Casey's car. I expect that Cindy will claim she was the one who made those searches in Casey's laptop, because she's a nurse, blah blah, lies lies lies.

Let us not be distracted by Cindy. Let us continue to support the search because that is the only way to find caylee and give justice to her.

with something(maybe Cloroform?) and put in some kind
of dungeon. Mexico came up too. I could understand if
people aren't showing up to search for Caylee. I think
it would be due to so much frustration in this case. But

I agree with the comment about this whole family being down right scary. I've discussed this case with my mother and she flat out told me she'd beat the truth out of me. The way this family excuses and makes excuses for her behavior borders questioning their involement. Cindy Anthony trying to make the case that someone might have placed a body in the car after it was towed and George Anthony stating that she may have hit an animal and placed it in the trunk of her car is bizzare. Are they all NUTS?

I have been watching all of this unfold since the beginning and my heart is aching for this poor baby girl. I think her mother knows what happened to her, panicked for whatever reason, she should have called for help and did something horrible. I watch every night and it disgusts me to know that she continues to act as though this so called "nanny" has her and Cindy Anthony just makes me sick to my stomach. I've followed this case somewhat. I'm not sure about possible uses for chloroform, but considering Casey's financial behavior here's a valid question: Can chloroform also be used to process/manufacture drugs such as crystal meth, crack, or ecstasy? Keeping in mind news reports indicate that Casey did research chloroform via her own computer but not in what specific context (unless I missed something).
It doesn't get Casey off the hook, but if its used in the illegal drug scene, it could have been accessible to Casey as well.
Anyway, maybe what "grips" the nation about this whole case is the strange combination of unfolding tragedy and(as its presented to us)the ludicrous behavior of so many involved. To call this a circus is an insult to clowns.

i'm not sure I believe all the unfactual speculation that has been written about this case...however what i am wondering is why the Anthony family has not pushed casey for more info. I understand that Cindy and George have lost a grandaughter and my heart goes out to them. What i do not get is the fact that it is the public's, the media, and the OCSD for leaking info (or so Cindy thinks)and not her own daughters for not aiding in the search for her own flesh and blood. Why are they not laying the blame where it should be placed. Can you imagin haveing a daughter tell you that her child was missing for a month and not reporting it. Where is her outrage at Casey. I have never followed a missing child case such as this one. I believe George and Cindy know exactly what happened to Caylee as well as Casey. I have found it strange from the beginning of this case that the Anthony's do not act as grandparents concerned or grieving for a "lost child", but are very combative, very defensive and Cindy has an answer and a story for every shread of evidence that comes to light. Seems to me that Casey is a carbon copy of Cindy. I listen to Cindy blast the Sheriff's department but I do not see her out there searching for Caylee. She knows the child is dead, but keeps saying "people" should be searching for her. I have two daughter's and three grandchildren. I have discussed this case with my daughter's and they both know I would do anything to find my missing grandchildren - one thing i would not do is support a liar. I feel the grandmother is only believing what she wants to be true. I don't think she or her husband can accept the fact that they have a monster for a daughter. Well first of all I think they need to arrest Cindy for obstruction of justice (the pants she washed in the trunk). Then the media needs to back off because Cindy and Casey love the attention. Casey Anthony is a casebook psychopath and her family members have been longtime victims of their daughter's psychopathic behavior. There have been brain scan studies on psychopaths which seem to indicate little activity in the portion of their brain which controls emotions (e.g. guilty, remorse, etc.); however, the brain scans do show a very high level (way above normal) of activity on the portion of their brain responsible for verbal skills. I am of the opinion that its their strong/active/quick verbal abilities that make them such successful manipulators. Psychopaths walk amongst us every day and some are very successful busness people while others are killers. Psycopaths do whatever it is they have to do to keep up their perferred lifestyle or get whatever it is they want at the time. They are expert manipulators who lack the ability to FEEL guilt or remorse. They are capable of passing lie detectors and can even fool mental health professionals.

It became clear to me that Casey was one of these people when I read the search warrant affidavit. When she went to Universal Studios with law enforcement and agreed to show them 'her office', she walked "with a purpose" down the hall on which she claimed her was located before stopping about halfway down and admitting that she was lying about working there. Casey is capable of pushing the envelope, so to speak, until it can't be pushed any further, and then pushes it again.

She will never come clean with law enforcement until her life is in jeopardy -- meaning that SHE has to be convinced that the state has adequate evidence to get a conviction for a capital offense and death by lethal injection (or otherwise) is stareing her in the face--- and possibly then, and only then, if the state agrees to take the death penalty off the table.

She is a very dangerous person and anyone who has contact will her will become another victim. She has already victimized all of America who checks daily and watches nightly waiting to breath again because Caylee has been found. These people make otherwise sane people insane. Look at what it has done to her parents. There are support groups for victims of psychopaths, online and face-to-face, and I pray that her family finds one. I am a survivor of a psychopath and there are a lot of us out there. There is an enormous amount of destruction left in the wake of the lies told by these people. The emotional and psychological toll can be devestating and this is what the Anthonys are experiencing -- it's horrible.

Finally, just in case anyone is interested, there was criminal case in South Carolina where being a psychopath/sociopath (these are used interchangable) was used as a defense by a man who killed his girlfriend. It didn't work because psychopaths know right from wrong, they just can don't care.

It all becomes quite apparent that since Casey enjoys being in control then all officials involved know how to take the control away from her. She is craving the attention, take the attention away from her. In my opinion Caylee is alive and Casey has master minded this whole story. She is incredibly confident and unemotional for someone who has just committed murder on her child. There is no body to found, she has planted and constructed every piece of this case- her lies are precise and she in no way is trying to hide the fact that she is lying. She is not intimidated, nor is she nervous in anyway. Caylee will show up soon, just as everyone thinks they have the answer- casey is going to go off in a completely different direction and shock the heck out of us all, she has a motive than no one has thought of. Casey knows that she will not be in jail much longer once Caylee is back, and protective services will take Caylee from her , she will get exactly what she wants. Okay...Casey's parents are obviously involved in the disappearance of Caylee. Will somebody tell me who her father is? If he really died in a car crash, give us a name, location and date of death. Also, where are HIS parents and family. Surely they would have gotten involved if they are related to Caylee. Oh...no one has come forward to claim being related to Caylee's father. Could it be that Casey's Dad is the father? Call me crazy, but with this crazy family, everything is up for grabs. I had thought the baby died of an accident until they found the chloroform and the search for it on the internet. In any case, there is a major reason why the family did not alert the police at Caylee's death (which, by the way, is around the time of Casey's disappearance). What reason could there be besides physical abuse, sexual abuse, parental DNA (which they can still get) and murder. May God rest your soul, Caylee. The world was never meant for someone as innocent as you. May those who harmed her in any way be identified and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, which in my opinion, is Casey and both of her parents.

This is so frustrating...it's sad that a mother cares less about her child than 29475738934 people in the world who are following this case. Obviously Casey did something to her daughter, I don't know how anyone can deny that. If you notice in news clips, Cindy will talk about her daughter's case and how "they don't have anything against her" and "they charged her with fraudulent and neglect and not..." and then she stops, catching herself. Everything she says is no longer about Caylee, it's about her daughter's innocense. Why so worried about it Cindy?? If you daughter was going to be ANY HELP WHATSOEVER it would've happened by now. So basically...I think she either had to of burned her, or "fed her to the alligators" as someone mentioned before. That would explain the gas cans anyway. Listen. The whole Anthony clan is not stupid; and they should realize by now that we are not either. They absolutely know what they are doing (i.e. purposefully trying to evade police, tampering with evidence, lying to police and the media, wasting everybody's time, money, and valuable resources, etc.) The apple doesn't fall very far from this tree, does it?
Cindy, where are Caylee's clothes from when them two were on this so-called hiatus from you? Did Casey forget to bring them home too, just like the car seat? We are onto you all, Cindy, so cut the bull, okay. No one has any sympathy for you anymore. Frankly, your whole family should be charged. You are a media-whore. When Casey was out on bond, no one heard from you. Casey was back in jail for all of two minutes and here you are all over the news again. Who hires a spokesperson yet still talks? Did you fire him too? And why in the world are Lee and George putting ads out looking for personal assistants? Are they still taking applications because I am more than qualified for the job?
Cindy, if you truly believe that Casey is not talking because this "nanny" could potentially harm your family, then what makes you think that this so-called nanny did not harm or kill Caylee already? I mean, as a mother (or grandmother) if you haven't seen your child in even a minute, let alone weeks, you automatically assume the worst has happened until you see that your child is physically safe and out of harm's way. So why do you keep insisting that Caylee is alive and not dead (whether it was at the hands of your disturbed, psychopath daughter, which we know is the truth, or at the hands of this so-called "Zanny the Nanny")? Do you have any common sense at all? If you do, then stop trying to explain away all of the evidence against your egregious daugther. Let the justice system work. And do us all a favor, please just stop talking and let the police do their job because we are all sick and tired of seeing your face and hearing your voice. It's very sad to say, but face the fact that you raised a monster of a daughter and that you will never see Caylee again. The least you could do for little Caylee at this point is give her the proper burial she deserves. You should be absolutely appreciative and thankful that anybody is even still looking for Caylee (dead or alive) after all of your antics. You, along with your daughter, are making this case a complete and utter circus. This is not about Caylee anymore because you don't want it to be. You don't want the truth to come out for your own selfish reasons. And let me tell you something, karma is a b----, Cindy. And for the rest of your lives, no matter where you go, y'all now have the Scarlet letter. The only person we feel sorry for is little Caylee because she lived a very short life, and unfortunately she lived it with wolves. Poor Caylee was harmed at the hands of your egregious, smug, internet-obsessed, psychopath, boy crazy, unloving, thief of a daughter. I don't usually believe in the death penalty, but this is an exception for me.

Yea the grandparents of lil Caylee Anthony are just as guilty as the mother its obvious by the evidence she killed that poor baby and for Caseys father to scream ITS NOT MY GRANDDAUGHTERS BODY THAT WAS IN THE TRUNK just proved where she got her ignorance from.
