The Orange County Sheriff's Office has released new audio recordings in the case of Casey Anthony, mother of missing three-year-old Caylee Anthony.

Within the interviews, Casey's brother, Lee Anthony, her ex-fiancee, Jesse Grund and her then boyfriend, Anthony Lazzaro, answer investigators questions about Casey Anthony and her actions in the months and weeks prior to her arrest on child neglect charges.

Rusciano seems to be hiding something.

he had that big freudian slip where he insisted he got the text about caylee missing on the 15th of june -until he realised it had to be of july because of the content. and june 15 was the last time caylee was recorded alive, -very possibly the day she was killed. or the day he got a different text from casey saying "lets kill her"

also his language w/ casey in their IMing, is really creepy, the way he calls caylee "the offspring" and she and him just use all these words like "brutal" "visious" "killer", etc, he is totally enabling and encouraging the de-humanizing of the baby. it's like they are warming up for murder together with their language.

and later in his interview he comes off as being so evasive and blurry in his memory. ...by contrast the man who worked at the tow yard jumped into a dumpster in his PJ's to look for clues, and the other ex boyfriends spent such deliberate time spelling out all the details they can thing of for the cops, but rusciano claims he can't remember what he meant by some of his instant messages that seem understandable even to an uninvolved reader.

reading their conversation and then reading his interview, --i would not be surprised if he was her accomplice in some part of the crime.

another reason i think this --is that he knows to be quiet in their IM after the crime--he starts out asking her something about her facebook, and then he says never mind like 3 times, only a person who has a reason to know not to discuss something would say that.

I think that Casey killed Caylee, put her in the trunk and at first tried to put her in the pool to make it look like an accidental drowning. For some reason, it didn't work out and she put her back in the car and later disposed of her in the dumperster. That would explain the scents in the backyard and the pool ladder that was moved.

The absolute absence of text messages about Caylee suggests that whatever messages at one time did exist are highly incriminating.

I will always believe that the body is at Universal. It is the ONLY thing that has been consistant in the months before during and even after she was arrested. The link is there with the beach, Busch Gardens,Disney, all the places she says Caylee IS at in her abscence. She also told the police (arrogant as she is) I took you to the last place I saw my daughter. When ask "what was the purpose in bringing us here" she hesitated and ask again she said, no reason I guess. The people and places come and go according to who's life she is hyjacking at the time. Universal is hers only.

If Orange county had some free time and a K-9 available I think I would take a ride out to Dean Road & Curry Ford Road. Chris said Casey was looking at a house she wanted to buy out by the DUMP on Curry Ford. Looks pretty isolated on the map and this was on her mind early in the planning stages. Its also very close to home.

george and/or lee disposed of the body.it was still in the trunk when George brought the car home from the tow yard.the body was under the trunk lid in the space where the spare tire would have been. if the body had been disposed of on or about the 27th of june, when everyone thinks then why would it still smell so horrible and the air from the trunk be saturated with chloroform on the 15th of july when George got the car from theh tow yard?think about it.ive listened to all the interviews and especially thee ones with George and lee. the investigators never asked george what time they got back home from the tow yard and what time he went to work on the 15th after picking the car up at the tow yard. If you noticed, George never said anything about what went down on the 15th of june after cindy got home from the visit with her grandfather, when cindy and casey got into a fight over Casey stealing money from her grandpaarents. George is leaving details out to help cover up and so is lee.

Tony isn't hiding anything. He actually wanted her to be girlfriend material. And after reading the transcripts of their conversation, I see nothing that would truly indicate he didn't want Caylee around (ever) or disliked her in any way. Thats all on Casey. As a matter of fact, Tony never responded to Casey's 'snothead' comment....Casey did herself 2 seconds later. The only thing Tony is guilty of is referring to Caylee as 'offspring' and if Casey, as the mother, were to use terms such as this, to a guy with no kids he might take that as to be an acceptable thing to do. Young men with no experience with parenthood can be dopey like that. She was setting the example and if she referred to her own flesh and blood as 'it, kid, snothead' then Tony following her lead, would do the same.

None of these people had anything to do with this the disappearence of Caylee. Mom Casey had had a fight with her parents, specifically the one person who she craved like air itself, the approval of her Mother. She left the house and with no place to stay and knowing that Tony did not want anything to do with children (he's a young college guy, please I wouldn't have ever thought of dating a guy in college with a child). She was also thinking that perhaps she would do something to make the child sick and then pull a Munchhausen Syndrome by Proxy and then rescue her to the hospital and be the hero. Ooops, it back fired or she placed the sedated (from chloroform) child in the trunk for the night while she stayed with Tony and in the morning discovered, uh, oh, too much chloroform. What do I do now? She goes by the airport and dumps her body.

With the evidence they have against Casey that her little girl is dead.They shouldn't be babying her by letting her think she might have a chance to get away with her crime.She should still be locked up.She must think she'll get away with it since she's able to be home being taken care of by her parents.She has the nerve to still be cocky and acting like she misses her baby.Its bull and everyone know's it even her stupid family thats protecting her even after what she did.She is never going to admit what really happend if she dosn't have to spend time in jail like she should.She's making a fool out of the law inforcement.And the body guard stuff makes is so dumb.She's a baby killer not a celebrity.I can't help feeling a lot of it has to do with her father was in law inforcement him self.It shouldn't mater but I think it does to the ideots thats letting her make fools of the ones who are alowing it.I think she would have opened up by now if she was in jail the same as anyone eles.And that lawyer of hers is a real joke.All he cares about is making a name for his self winning a case and fill up his bank account with all the money he can.He dosn't really care about what she did as long as he win'sWhich makes him almost as bad as her.....

Casey Anthony is insane. People talk about Susan Smith as if its the same. Susan reported it immediately, lied, and finally broke one week later when police confronted her,
end of story.
Casey is so insane I don't think she even thinks there was a crime to begin with. She has convinced herself as she has in the past that her version is the truth.

Reading the transcript of the text message that Casey and her boyfriend Tony had, I feel that maybe Casey felt that Tony wasn't interested in being an "instant dad". You can tell when Tony said "I meant when she is occupied by "another" adult", he was telling Casey that he liked being alone with her, too, and not with a little girl hanging around all the time, but not in so many words. I'm not saying Tony helped her murder Caylee, but Tony has probably gave Casey the impression he really didn't want any kid's, but he liked Casey, and probably for one thing only, but not for marriage. Also, you can almost tell Casey felt that way for her to say "want me to bring the little snot head?"...there was probably a pause, and then Casey said "didn't think so". So, Casey murdered Caylee, because she liked Tony alot, enough to do such a thing so she wouldn't lose him in the long run. Heck, he could have even told her at one time that he wasn't ready for kid's, but he liked her. This case just reminds me so much of the Susan Smith person that drove or pushed her car into a lake with her children in the car to drown, and she blamed it on a "black" man, but all along she had did it, because her boyfriend told her that he wasn't ready to be a daddy, so she killed them. The only difference is Casey waited a month, rather she didn't call the police her mother/Casey's mother called the police, and Susan Smith called right away, but lied to cover herself.
Just a thought, anyway.

From day one I have believed Casey killed her daughter. Hadn't seen the texts until today. I am not saying that her boyfriend had anything to do with it but, I would not be shocked to find out it had something to do with him not wanting to be an "instant father" to her kid..........

I think re listening to Jesse speak about how her parents were getting a divorce and her mom was moving out and then Amy can move in. I think at that time. Cindy had threatened to take custody of Caylee and kick Casey out. I think she had something up her sleeve as far as her parents go.That is why she was researching home weapons.After her mother "allegedly" choked her that night and told her she was throwing her out and keeping Caylee b/c she was unfit. Casey could have lost it and killed Caylee out of spite.

I also think it is not all that far fetched for Casey to play a video she had of Caylee in the background when she was on the phone with Jesse to make Jesse think he heard Caylee in the background by specifically saying Caylee get off the table.Knowing that he is very observant and would probably know the date.She did this just like she told Amy and others that Caylee called her on here cell from another cell phone. It sounds to me like she was trying to come up with a scenerio pretty soon of Caylee getting abducted.Her timer 55 meant she certainly had to come up with something before her birthday Aug. 9th.
