Casey Anthony Jailed Again

Casey Anthony, mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, is back behind bars in the Orange County jail tonight.

Anthony was taken into custody this afternoon when she turned herself in for forging a check, fraudulent use of identification, and petty theft.

Anthony cannot bond out tonight and will have to appear before a judge tomorrow morning.

Casey Anthony faces new charges

Orange County investigators from the agency’s Economic Crimes Squad have arrested Casey Anthony for Uttering a Forged Instrument, Petit Theft, and Criminal Use of Personal Information in connection with their ongoing investigation into Ms. Anthony’s illegal use of a friend’s bank account.  The defendant was arrested without incident at the Orange County Jail following a scheduled visit with her home confinement release supervisor.  She was with counsel at the time of her arrest and is expected to remain in custody until her first appearance tomorrow morning.

We will post the report/charging affidavit on our web site when it becomes available.

They keep arresting her to increase the stress. Increasing the stress will evenually make her want to brust. I don't know if you seen Casey when she got out of the police car and was being put in hang cuffs, but she was mad. Finally something! Her lips were pinched and her eyes looked like they were blazin!

Law Enforcement are spreading out the arrests to continue adding stress to the family and this situation. This is absolutely disgusting to me that there is someone in this world that can care that little about there own child that to begin with she dosen't report her missing for 5 weeks....for 5 week there is something seriously wrong with that situation, and then keeps giving the police faulse information. Obviously they are either in on it with her or they know what happened and are trying to hide it as well the mother is a registered nurse the father is a ex cop both of them would know what decaying body smells like and both of them would have known better than take the pants out of that car and wash them. And of all the things in that car that you take its a pair of caylees pants that have stains on them that are in the trunk of the car, come on now a nurse and ex cop would never do something like that unless they know something and I don't think that the police are going after them enough. Something need to be done to find that little girl she did not ask to be born or to be put through any of the crap that she has obviously gone through she needs to be found and put to rest.

This should be it. All the funny paper should be in, I don't expect her to be arrested again until after trial for these charges. I'm really discouraged that the search seems to be all but ended. As a community, we are letting this woman get away with a possible murder conviction everyday Caylee remains missing due to further decomp. Is anyone out there still looking?

I haven't listened to the tapes again, but I was wondering, did the police specifically ask why Casey thought Zenaida took Caylee? I know that they asked if Zenaida gave her money, or if Zenaida was capable of conceiving children of her own. Casey's answer was no and yes, respectively. I think they began to tell her that she was lying at this point.

It would have been interesting to see what she would have come with up in terms of how this nanny, that she implicitly trusts for over a year with her daughter, suddenly becomes a deranged kidnapper for no apparent reason. Would she have copped to the assertion that Zenaida might have seen her as an unfit mother? (even though Zanny is a figment of her polished fantasy world). I guess that with her well honed deception skills, she probably would have just responded with the same flat affect and said," I don't know". Or more likely, I ABSOLUTELY don't know.

Also, knowing that she didn't actually have a job, I wish that they had asked her what she was really doing with her time and why she would need a nanny in the first place.

On the new charges, I guess that they can arrest you when they are good and ready. I don't think that they are under any legal obligation to do so in any time frame, or collectively, even if the charges are related. I may be wrong; so please correct me if I am. I think that you are entitled to a speedy trial, but not necessarily to speedy charges. You know that they are messing with her on some level.

I am so happy DCF is going after that protester "mom" (I use the term loosely)...whose son was writhing in pain on the ground while she continued her tirade against caylees grandmother...disgusting was all I can think about and DCF needs to investigate this "family" That little boy should not have been subjected to such hatred and foul language and then thry just walked over him like he was a dog on the ground. I hope they get to complete the search in Aruba but having been in Aruba several times, I know they want to demolish this site and end the negative publicity. This case is certainly a sad one. I feel it is a difficult to come to a rational and peaceful resolution to this. if i break this case down to its lowest common denominator I find that the biggest problem is respect. Casey has not shown an ounce of respect for anyone. Not even herself. Life is precious and the possibilities for what a young person can become are boundless and she robbed little Caylee of that opportunity. Whatever means she used to rid the world of that precious little soul may never be known. What we should focus on is giving the respect and life that Caylee might have known. This case will be shut someday whether by being solved or loss of public interest, however Caylees life should mean more than that. Perhaps we should, as a society, start some sort of an orphanage where mothers who do not want thier children can give them to a SAFE adoption agency. We can not escape the fact that unplanned pregnanies occur, and we will never be able to make a women WANT her child. But we as a society could make a safe haven for those children in that situation. Let not one more child die from lack of wanting. We could call it the Caylee House. Lets give her life back by giving hope to another in a hopeless situation. Let her soul not die in the back pages of some local paper, but keep her name out there as a reminder to respect each other. IF casey had one ounce of respect for anything, she would have left her little girl with someone safe. If she herself could not do the responsible thing, perhaps someone else could have. I myself grew up in an orphanage.
I beg the citizens of the area around her home to get out there and protest.. protest... protest! what kind of society would we be if we just turned our heads and looked the other way. People make put down of the protesters, but I cant think of a better cause to scream about than this one. All the people who were willing to search- go to that home and unite- Lets not stand for this- do not cause more harm- do not start fights- but keep this little soul alive- scream until the truth comes out- then give Caylee the peace she deserves.

Okay! Here's the deal. Casey will not crack without attention on herself. It is obvious that the PD is utilizing the media to aide them in putting pressure on the Anthony family AND Casey. They DO stratigically place info out to the public in splurts. The arrests and rearrests are to keep things flowing until they find Caylee (unless they already have). They are not arresting her on Caylee because they don't have to. Right now they are putting together a thight case against Casey for the death of Caylee. God Bless the innocent child that should have been a blessing and has ended up lost in this crucial world by her own mother. The entire Anthony family should be ashamed of themselves for creating such a mochary of our judicial system and not caring for the rights of our children of the future. This afternoon when she was released, her attorney said that the information from the Body Farm and the information about the chloroform was a "leak" and I've heard elsewhere that that doesn't necessarily mean it is true. According to the information I researched, police are actually allowed to lie to get someone to confess. Her attorned also stated that if the police did have evidence without a doubt leading them to the conclusion she did it then he would have arrested her for already. Do you all think that is true?

I have been thinking, again, Casey aka Zenaida is pretty good at lying. She has been at it for a while. The beginning and the end of her life is Universal. Everything she ever was is at Universal. This is the only noteworthy job she ever had. She was just beginning to get away from Mama and get a life of her own that no one controled but her. She loved the attention and freedom and celebrity, just like she does now. She was somebody. Then she messed up and got pregnant. Back to the old ball and chain. Life is over. Got to get out of this house and away from this kid. I leave as though I am going to work. Drive to waffle house, park, anywhere...I know the gig will be up soon and I will be on the street. OMG I think you may have found something with the Myspace page. To all who dont know, <3 is a symbol of a heart. So <3 him meant "I love him". I have been following this case since day one, and I whole heartedly believe that Casey has murdered this beautiful little girl! I think that Caylee was getting in the way of Casey's freedom and partying, and I also believe that she was jealous of the relationship between Caylee and the Grandparents! She wanted her Mommy and Daddys 100% attention again. She is a sick individual and I hope they get every little peice of evidence they need to put her away for the rest of her life!
Caylee did not ask to be brought into this world....that is a result of Casey partying and being an easy lay! That is apparent ....since noone can really figure out who Caylee's real father is. This is such a sad story and I just wish that Casey would tell us where Caylee is. She deserves to be in Heaven with the Lord....not buried in the dirt somewhere for the bugs to invade!

I've been following this case since the start and apparently I missed something. Lisa mentioned that bones were discovered??? When / Where? I don't know how I missed that one.

Also, as far as that MS page... Law enforcement took her computer. If this is her, they can track it back. Even if she erased her browser history, they can track it (if she did it from her laptop).

Dorsi, I heard Padilla say that last night too. I found it interesting that he noted their change in behavior. He said they have switched to a "defensive posture". They did hire a defense attorney. On Nancy Grace, the Anthony's attorney said that he was hired to control media relations and deal with the possible battery charges against George. That never sat well with me. Padilla also said the other night that the Anthonys (Lee, George and Cindy) had refused to take lie detector tests. Wow, bad move.

George appears sincerely distraut to me. I don't think he knows. Even if Casey did tell Lee and Lee in turn told Cindy, do you think they would tell George taking into account his past work in law enforcement?

Cindy is either stupid and really buys into the crap her daughter is feeding her or she is a liar just like Casey.

Lee thinks he's smarted than he really is and tries to stay out of the media more than his parents. I have had serious trust issues with him since the jail tapes were released and it was like he and Casey were speaking in code.

All in all, if none of them had anything to hide, why not take lie detector tests? Maybe only one (or two) of them don't want to submit to the tests so they have all chosen to stand united and refuse. Just seems odd to me.

I was wondering about the whole Zanada AKA "the nanny". Did the police ever check for canceled checks to a Zanada Gonzolas for "nanny" services? Also if there were no canceled checks then what about a consistent withdraw from a checking account that would account for a payment to a nanny?
I guess I am wondering if George and Cindy were footing the "nanny" bill and was Casey taking that money and pocketing it. Caylee was getting old enough to start repeating things and telling what she saw Mommy doing. Just a thought...

First of all, I find it sickening that people are protesting in front of the Anthony's house. I just saw a protester who was so enraged with Cindy that she didn't notice that her child had been injured by her huge SUV. We should not be judging this family and no one has the right to stand out in front of their home and yell obnoxious things at the family. Granted Casey is a horrible person, but why would anyone put the family through even more turmoil? I keep hearing people say that the family isn't showing much concern and I would like to know how people know that? They're probably in shock and extremely stressed out by all of the media attention. Can you imagine losing your grandchild and then having to deal with people screaming in front of your house (and having your neighbors bothered by the traffic and people.) I feel sorry for these people, and my wish is that people would let them grieve in peace. Yes, Casey probably did kill her daughter, but the parents shouldn't be punished for Casey's actions. Another question I have is, "Why are people protesting?" Just because this case is on Nancy Grace 24-7, doesn't mean that there aren't other families out there who are going through the same thing. Caylee isn't the only child that was abducted and killed, but her case gets a ton of publicity because Casey was from a "good home," and it's a suburban horror story. These protesters need to get a life and realize that they are just as sick as Casey by tormenting a grieving family. They should be ashamed of themselves.

What gets ME--is all the time she spends in her lawyers office on a daily basis. 6-8 hours a day locked in there with only him. What are they doing in there? Having sex?!

I wouldn't doubt it--seriously! I mean afterall didn't she con that stupid jailer cop and it costs him his job. If she were "friendly" with her attorney that would explain many actions that I see on TV and go "WTF was that?!", like he always has a smerk on his face too.

It would also explain why whenever the lawyer rushes her out to the car shielding her from reporters, he always has his whole arm around her waist and she has her head leaning into his shoulder...now don't get me wrong but I have been in that position and MY attornies never acted so inappropriately towards me as a client.

And that would also explain why she's allowed makeup and sunglasses and necklaces into the jail from her home and why she stares down the cameras with her smerking gum-snapping, hippy swinging walk of hers, as if she is a movie star instead of woman who's baby girl is missing. She claimed to know Julette Lewis the movie star and claimed she worked at a desk right next to hers [I can't picture JL working a desk as big a star as she is] maybe Casey's been living vicariously through JL and now thinks SHE is the star?!

I'd like to know exactly WHO is this attorney, and where he has come from or how did they know to hire him?

I would also like to know WHY Casey's dad is an EX-COP, and do the parents work at all?

Everytime I see them they are either inside their home or arguing with protesters at all hours of the day and night and all the lies that the mother has made up to cover for Casey tells me, she knows or was a part of Caylee's death after-the-fact.

What idiot would say someone else was in the car and put a dead body in there after it was towed to the forensic warehouse! I think the mom has a serious mental problem that she has passed onto her daughter. And the dad is buying their lies because they're "ganging up" on him to force him to believe, I mean he WAS a cop, and his training alone should have been screaming at him about all the red flags where Casey is concerned.

And if they are so sure there is no dead body then WHY are they not out there searching too---instead of begging everyone else to search? Maybe because they DO KNOW there is a dead body and don't want to be the ones to find her?

Finally [my apologies for this being so long] a caller into nancy grace's show asked two questions and I suppose time only allowed for the one to be answered but I felt the second question was more importent and should have been addressed. The caller asked if "it were possible to drain the pool bury Caylee UNDER IT and then refill the pool with water, thus the dog would hit on that area but they would find nothing---and that would explain why Casey keeps saying "I feel she's close to home" Auh Yeah, like UNDER THE POOL?!

And this bouncing back and forth in and out of jail is a bunch of crap---any other person would have posted bond through the bounty hunter, got out and when he recended the bail bond, gone back in and stayed instead of someone "mysterious" bailing her out again and again. All while she smerks her gum-popping stare right at the cameras as if she's a movie star.

First of all...God bless Caylee, she is the victim here and unfortunately is not getting the attention she deserves, alive or deceased, thanks to her piece of garbage mother. All the cameras should be taken off of Casey while she is locked up while being drilled for information 24 hours a day until she spills her guts.It is nearly impossible that Casey doesn't know something. No one in this world could possibly be so ignorant and arrogant of the things that surround them leading up to something as horrific as this.
Casey is a selfish, self-centered psychopath. Just for the way Casey is so selfishly handling herself, she should be tortured with chinese water treatment or water boarding until she fesses up. If she was being so hush hush because she wanted to protect her daughter, wouldn't she give law enforcement a silent tip so they could quietly follow-up on the leads without compromising her daughters safety? She knows she did something to her daughter and its just easier to not say anything than to speak up and incriminate herself. If this was an accident, Casey would have cracked by now with the truth, or something that would have given investigators a clue on her daughters demise. She knows if she speaks up, its just closer that law enforcement gets to where they're going, and thats the way Casey wants it...her right to remain silent. This is the only possible way that she will get away with murder, and she knows it. She is as close to being guilty as she wants to be. A compulsive liar like herself is able to remember the last time her daughter was alive, totally forgetting about the fact that her daughter is dead. By doing this she is able to make her own conscious think that her daughter's missing status is to no cause of her own and that someone else is actually responsible or that her daughter is alive but had been kidnapped by someone...except that Casey isn't concerned if that holds true.
As long as Casey doesn't disappear or die, The truth will come out...it's only a matter of time. Hopefully sooner than later.
