August 27, 2008

Casey AnthonyThe University of Tennessee has provided investigators with lab test results of air samples that were taken from Casey Anthony's car, which allegedly show that a decomposing human body had been inside the trunk.

Prosecutors have now offered Anthony partial immunity, in exchange for her admission that Caylee Anthony died as a result of an accident. The deal is set to expire in 24 hours.

Meanwhile, Leonard Padilla and his nephew, Tony Padilla, are now telling reporters that they regret getting involved in the case.

"Maybe we got duped a little bit. Maybe we overestimated her," Tony Padilla told ABC News.
