Casey Anthony Headed Back To Jail

According to WFTV, an ABC affiliate in Orlando, Florida, Tony Padilla has decided to move forward with the revocation of Casey Anthony's bond.

Speaking with the same station, Tony's uncle, Leonard Padilla, would not say when the bond will be revoked, but did say that it would happen before next week.

"It'll be done before Monday. I can guarantee you it'll be done before Monday," Leonard Padilla said.

The reason for the delay in the bond revocation process remains unclear.

*UPDATE* : Leonard Padilla just told the Orlando Sentinel that they are going to revoke Anthony's bail on Saturday. Padilla said the wait is a "courtesy" they are extending to Anthony, because she has an appointment with her attorney on Friday.

Oh come on what are they gonna do let her have a week-end with her family? So sick of hearing about this poor excuse for a human being. OK so what about Caylee ????? I can only wish that all of the Padilla's are ashamed of there actions and why wait we all know it is as simple as taking her to jail .I can only wonder what is being said in that house . This girl has been this way all of her life she didn't just become this way in the last 30 some days since Caylee went missing. Shame on the parents for allowing this to happen also . As a grandparent and raising a child that is not mine she would never of taken that child and not let me know were and with whom she was with. It is obvious Casey has been a troubled person all of her life. Everyone needs to step up to the plate and admit there mistakes at the cost of a dear little child.

OK so what are we waiting on a family bonding week-end?? This girl did not just become this way in the last thirty some days she has been this way all of her life. Why and shame on you as parents for not stepping in for this little child Caylee. I have to wonder what is being said and what is going on in that house. Accident I think not when she put her in the trunk or when she disposed of this child . As a grandparent and raising a child that is not mine. I would know were she was and with whom since she has been a troubled person all of her life. All of you play a part in this and need to take your share of the blame.

My heart is so heavy about this case. This beautiful little girl and the events surrounding her disappearance is why everyone is so very emotional about this case. I do not fault the Padilla's for what they have done. Everyone was trying to reach out to accomplish the most important thing in this case, to find Caylee alive. I think the Padilla's have been honest, they are not in denial, they are telling everyone that they no longer believe Caylee is with us. I respect their honesty. This has to be one of the saddest cases I have ever heard of in my lifetime. Caylee has become everyone's child in America. Comfort comes from knowing if she has passed on that she is resting in the precious arms of Jesus. Caylee will forever live on in our memories, as her sweet little face is one that we will never forget.

Did anyone pickup in the documents something about a friend of Casey's taking her to the Dr./Hospital because she had a seizure? What caused the seizure? Drugs? Or does she suffer from seizures? Maybe brain damaged? She sure behaves that way. I'm certainly not looking for excuses; just reasons. She is definitely mentally ill.

i have to belive that the reason the grandparents are doing this is so that they can get her to speak. i trully know they know her and that something is wrong. if they can get it together and seem on their side that she will speak. If they just go at her and cut her off they will never get closure. The father/grandfather is a retired cop he knows this. they also want to just keep us looking in case in case she is alive. In case she sold her i dont think anyone kidnapped her she either accidently killed her and flipped out or she did kill her or she sold her off. This girl is nuts we all know that and the family knows that. But imagine what it feels like to be these people to have given birth to a no feeling monster? that little girl is what is important and to bring her home to be put to rest properly. i pray that Casey does not leave in somewhere. I have to believe she will tell someone before she goes back to jail. If she does not then she will get what she deserves either way. All i know is Caylee will always be on my mind and i just cant imagine if i feel this way and have no family or connection to her what friends and family feel. CNN's news claims Padilla has decided to let Miss Thing stay out of jail after he had a meeting with Jose Baez.

Who is paying Jose for his legal fees? Cindy Anthony is a raging rabid bigot who wouldn't let neighbor's Latino kids come play with hers . . .is the Anthony family footing the legal bills to the very Latino's that Mommy Dearest foams at the mouth over?

They claimed they didn't have the money nor assets get Casey out on bond . . .the reward bucks and the legal bucks are on who?

I have just read that Padilla has met with Casey's attorney and now he will NOT be revoking the bond. I am sick and tired of this girl Casey getting her way. She & her attorney refused to even acknowledge Padilla until she was about to be sent back to jail. Now they are dangling a carrot in front of Padilla. This sickens me after everything he said recently concerning the 400 page report and the new dna evidence that has been brought to light. He said he would have never bailed her out had he seen this. Now he is going to be romanced by her attorney and let bygones be bygones?

Ugh!! I pray with all my being that this little girl's remains will be found soon. In the end I want peace for this child and I want to see her mother (and even grandparents) in jail!

7. OH COINCIDENTLY, there is a Zenaida Hernandez by Sawgrass and by the way THIS IS NOT THE NANNY!
8. Now Ms. Cindy Anthony remembers hearing that Zenaida name. (here we go again). But that's NOT HER!

I think those stollen gas cans were because Casey burned her body somewhere. Thats why she needed to steal them because when they do find Caylee's remains they will be charred remains. And Casey isnt saying a word because whe KNOWS what she has done and is trying every concocked story she can think of to pass this hyanis crime onto someone other than herself. It may have been an accident when she initially killed the girl then had to burn her to get rid of her body. She has plenty of time to come up with this scheme and that is why she stayed away from her parents for a month so that she wouldnt have to deal with them until she got rid of the remains and come up with her plot to get out of this mess. So do I think Casey has mental problems NO.... because someone with mental problems wouldnt have the mind to take all the actions and make all planning that Casey has made to try and get away with MURDER! I pray for the detectives to finally find the remains and link Casey too all of this and put that miserable form of a human being (meaning Casey) back in jail to rot. Plus you dont need a body to charge someone with murder and I think if they wait too long they may lose their chance at Casey. All evidence points to her at this point so lets get the case going instead of stalling.

Cindy stopped Casey from giving up Caylee for adoption at the time of birth. Knowing Casey was not a stable person, if Cindy was not ready to fully raise the child herself, she should have let Casey give her up. If she had, Caylee would be alive today! Now CNN is saying Casey is back in jail on charges of theft and using monies and checks from a bank accout that was knowingly not hers. Now, was this because they just wanted her back in jail and couldn't count on Padilla to do it? Or did the JUST now get the information to convict her of such simple crimes? She's back in jail though. Back where she belongs. But I want to understand law enforcement's reasoning on this one.

A Letter to Cindy--Grandma Cindy you've contributed to this circus-like atmosphere by involving outside sources (Padilla, Natalie Holloway's mom, Equis)You and your family should quietly relocate temporarily somewhere else. Go to Lee's house, get a hotel, distance yourselves away from the angry mob with pitchforks. You can't blame the public, we're sick and tired of the injustice! Quit shooting your mouth off to the media and the public. All of this is one person's fault---your daughter's. Get a 60 day supply of tranquilizers, get some rest and let your "poor excuse for a mother" Casey stay in jail and think about things, no contact with her, period. It's not your fault what crimes your daughter has committed. She's a big girl, let her face the music.
A Letter to Jose Baez--You need to quit grandstanding too my friend. Who stupid do you think the public are in this techno age of forensics. You forced your client to clam up and shut down from the get go. All of this could have been worked out, solved, taken care of a month ago. I don't think you really have the experience or expertise to deal with a case of notoriety like this. You're starting to look as foolish as the Anthonys. I predict the Anthony's will change lawyers soon too, especially if Caylee's body is found. But maybe you already know we'll never find Caylee's body and maybe you already know what Casey's so called "compelling" reason is for lying, and stonewalling. You better check Cindy's phone you might find Mark Gerragos's phone number on there, or some other big-time lawyer Grandma Cindy will persuade to help after you've served your purpose. Remember Scott Peterson's mom thought her son was innocent too, despite the overwhelming evidence. Thank God for smart juries.

ah Padilla this case gets stranger and stranger by the day. first padilla flys across the us to bail this chic outta jail, saying oh maybe a shower a hot meal and maybe if she can paint her fingernails she will start talking. Padilla, what was your motive? the 225,000 dollar reward if she told u where the kid was? then, the air samples come back and youre on NATIONAL TV with MILLIONS of VIEWERS saying had u known all this, (the 400 plus pages) u would NOT have bailed her out and you now fear that little caylee is dead, and u are going to revoke the bond, put her back in jail, then you find out she's about to be rearrested and say, NO I'm not revoking her bond. JUST TO SAY YOU WERE GOING TO REVOKE BOND FOR HER SAFETY! WHICH IS IT? WHAT IS UP WILTH ALL THE PEOPLE ATTACHED TO THIS CASE? It is NOT the MEDIA that has turned this into a circus, ALL who are involved are making this the circus! Is there not ONE single honest person involved? Its very very sad that this little girl is lost, but it is also all most a blessing that she is not invoved with all these screwed up people anymore. i was reading the comment from junkie mama and this is why people hesitate to come forward because of people like her. i live about 40 miles from sacremento and let me tell you mr. padilla has a very good reputation. how dare you talk about him like that when you dont know anything about him. no one knows if caylee is dead or alive. everyone schould be looking for her until she is found. i saw a little girl in the bank two weeks ago that looked so much like her i could not take my eyes off of her. everyday i think about her but they say now she is no longer alive. i never have said anything about it to anyone because i wasnt sure and didnt want to get alot of people saying necative things

Iwonder how George Anthony would handle this case if he was the detective and this was not his grandaughter or his daughter? Would he still beleive the stories that Casey has come up with? George dosen't say much unlike the grandmother Cindy. I think, if he was any kind of detective, HE KNOWS.
