Just to thank you for your coverage every day. I live in Canada but am still very concerned for this little Caylee. I hope for the best and feel the worst. Let's hope that this case will be solved soon. There is no point on telling you what I think of Casey and Cindy. They know something that we don't. I don't believe there is a nanny or baby sitter. Something else has happened. I pray that this little girl be found. Oh yes, and that they keep Casey in jail for a very long time. Maybe she likes it there as she sure is not talking yet. So many maybe's that it is mind boggling. I hope for the case to be solved ASAP.

I think that the child might have been killed accidentally. She may have drowned in a pool or been left in the car with excessive heat. Casey, being afraid to admit her negligence, cries child abduction. This Zanny character may have been a fabrication from the start. Casey needed to reassure her mother that Caylee was ok while Casey went to “work”. Well, since Casey never had a job, she probably just toted Caylee around with her on her daily gallivants. Until the day that Caylee died, that is. She may know that if no body is found, then no one can be charged with murder. So, she buried the child somewhere. I'm thinking she initially buried the child in the backyard of her parent’s home. Knowing the burial was in a bad location, she exhumed the body several days later to move it somewhere else where it would not be found (hence the cadaver dogs alert in the backyard, but no findings). The decomposing body was placed in the trunk of her car during transport, and some of the decomposition must have remained there (where the cadaver dog alerted). Those gas cans were probably stolen by Casey in an effort to fuel up her abandoned car, not to burn the deceased child’s body. The shovel was probably used to dig up Caylee’s decomposing body. I doubt the parents are in on this.

I agree with maem. It is exactly what I think happened. I would like to know, however, if Casey had told her family she was going away with Caylee ahead of time and possibly premeditated this crime?? If she told the family after they had not seen Casey or Caylee for awhile that she was going away for awhile with Caylee then maybe it was because of an accident. Maybe when the grandparents were away themselves, Caylee and Casey may have been at the house and maybe Caylee drowned from lack of supervision in the pool in the backyard. She then buried her in the backyard out of convenience and then realized that she couldn't leave her there forever and moved her with the car. So inconceivable for anyone to do!!

I was wondering, if Casey returned the shovel to the neighbor she borrowed it from. Has the shovel been examine? I think its a sad excuse the mother gave for her daughter borrowing the shovel. I honestly think most 22 yr old would have waited until their parents got home instead of bothering the neighbors for a shovel. Also did they search the area where the car was found? I think something terrible happen to the poor baby. She is in my thoughts and prayers everyday. Casey needs to speak with a medical professional a Psychologist don't you think? Her mental state has to be unreal. Whether she did something or someone took her daughter, her state of mind has to be confused.She needs mental health care now.

I cant beleive the sworm of lies that Casey Anthony has told the police. If she loved her baby girl so much she would help detectives find her dead, or alive. If she is convicted of murdering her daughter caylee, I hope and pray she doesnt the get the insanity plea. That plea is a bunch of crap. Today I saw the news that they were able to track Casey Anthony to a remote wooded area with lots of water around. I believe we are going to find Caylee there. I also saw where the Orange County Head Police man Beary is being questioned as to WHY we haven't heard from him till now. It seems that Casey killed Caylee and the Orange county Police Dept is covering for her as her dad is a retired Homicide investigator. WOW!!! I am amazed at how close these cops stick together, how could they do that!! She is a little baby. I am sickened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love a story book ending too, but I think little Caylee was too much of a free spirit for such a self absorbed woman like Casey-I am reading the timelines and all the conversations with everyone and who they all are!
The most recent blew me away....that her then boyfriend was the promoter at fuzion bar where she was in the hot skin contest ...All the clues are like right out there, while Casey thought she was being smart, and fooling everyone?
All the forensics are going to prove what really happened eventually. She is soooo guilty. This is one witch hunt I agree with.

Although I hate to say it, I believe that Caylee is dead & her mother either did it intentionally or it was an accident. Either way, she knows where this little girl is & she is being extremely selfish by not letting her family have some closure. I also hope she frys for this & doesn't get off with a ridiculous insanity plea. She may be a little nutty, but if she was in her right mind to go and party just days after her daughter "went missing," then she should have to pay the maximum price for what she has done to an innocent and defenseless child. I am also a mother and if my child died in an accident I would work with the authorities all the way through the investigation, not try to hide my child's body and make up a huge web of lies about it or to switch my story and say that people are holding my child and if I say anything she is in danger. This whole thing is a circus and needs to stop. The family needs closure, Caylee needs a proper burial (if she is deceased), and Casey needs to be brought to justice to the fullest extent of the law.

So far I do not think the grandparents know anything, but the one thing that puzzles me is if the grandfather was a retired cop and the grandmother thought the car and the pants in it smelled like a dead body, why in the hell would she stupidly go and wash them?????????

Casey deserves no rights of any kind. I know many people will think I'm a complete b---h for this, but someone needs to beat Casey's a** until she talks. This is a baby for pete's sake!!!

Caylee is dead whether on purpose or by accident. Anyone with two brains knows that. The g-parents are in denial but denial can't last forever. They know Casey has major issues. As time goes on it will ultimately become obvious even to them that this whole thing is a bunch of hokey and then they will be BEYOND devastated as they are forced to abandon their gallant but pathetically sad and desperate fight against what their gut has been telling them all along PLUS having to realize that they'll never see Caylee again PLUS that their darling daughter is the guilty party. Who's to know whether any one of us, at age 22, finding ourselves suddenly involved in an accident of this magnitude, wouldn't also have thought of covering it up rather than coming clean and having to face the consequences and horror of it all. That's why they call it IMMATURITY, ultimately being more worried about what may happen to YOU than anyone else and making desperate and terribly feeble attempts to save your OWN butt at absolutely any cost. She needs to come clean, everyone already knows Caylee's gone anyway.

Casey killed her daughter, or sold her to someone. It is clear she is was very jealous of her own daughter. I think the realationship between Cindy and Casey has a very big impact on this case. Cindy, nor Casey appear to be dealing with a full deck! Casey is narcestic (sorry spelling), and needs professional help right away. Cindy, well, seems to be a depressed control freak. Dad, and Brother,,,,,weird,,,thats all I can say about them.

Casey will mess up and forget the lies she has told. Hopefully its very soon. Hopefully she gets everything that is coming to her. I will pray for her for the judgement and pain she will suffer is beyond understanding.

I can not bring myself to think about how scared this little girl is/was, when her own mother allowed/caused her so much pain. She trusted her mother, and this evil mother hurt her....so sad.

Casey killed Caylee no doubt, but why? I do believe the parents and brother know this by now. They have known for a while and have been coming up with anything and everything to make her story seem believable. To me they are as pathetic as Casey at this point. Why not admit they no longer believe their daughter and her ridiculous lies. After all is said and done, what will the public think of them? Cindy needs to rethink backing her lies and and tell the cops what she really knows, which is WAY more than what she is saying. I think they all need to be given lie detector test. At least see if they are willing to take the test, and that should tell whether they are trying to hide something or not. I think Caylee is dead and was killed, buried in the back yard, dug up, burned, (hince the gas cans) and they are confident she will never be found. I felt from the very first Nancy and Greta coverages I saw that this mom did it. I wasn't sure if it was intentional, at first, and went along with the "accidental drowning" theory and the fear-lies to cover it up. But, this Casey hasn't shown any shred of emotion, just power and control, thinking she can out-talk and out-think everyone working on this case. So, if devoid of caring emotion, I'd daresay she'd be empty of any fear - remember, she's smarter than everyone.

Her parents have been bullied by her and are also enablers to her wicked, self-centered lifestyle. It's much easier to live with your head buried in the sand and ignore your monster child's behavior than to deal with it or confront it in any way.

I felt sorry for Grandma Cindy and Grandpa George for awhile. Then I got tired of hearing how they spun everything... and then they hired a freaking publicist? Didn't hire a private investigator to help them "watch the people" that had Caylee? And a retired cop would trust his lying, thieving daughter over law enforcement?

Grandma and Grandpa were quick to castigate the media, who were the ones that offered the biggest and most free publicity that you could ask for IF you really thought the baby was missing. As long as they controlled the conversation, they were willing to talk. How quickly THAT changed.

Then here comes big Tex... or CA... with the big black hat. Maybe he felt sorry for the poor girl. Girls back in the day didn't do bad stuff, and he was sure this gal couldn't either. Pretty girls don't sin, I guess. Poor man. I've watched his interviews and could see when he was so torn over the past few days. The man was clearly played.

And then I read each and every document that was released... hundreds of pages. And I saw something that really freaked me a bit. Dear George and Cindy should be very glad they are still alive. For some twist of circumstances, Casey found a place to shack up... prior to that she was gonna be "acquiring" her mom's house? The hair on my neck stood up as I thought about those Menendez boys. Parents cramped their style, too. But, if she got rid of the parents, that would be much harder to do, explain, and wouldn't have built-in babysitters. Now she had the boyfriend's pad everything was good, until Caylee got in her way and got waaay too much attention.

I don't think she murdered her outright. I think she may have over-dosed her with Xanax (Zenaida.... first it was "Zannie the nanny" - code for drugging the child so she could party-hardy) and the child napped in the trunk. A side-effect of Xanax is talkativeness and everyone agreed the baby was quite a chatterbox and unafraid of people. Hmmm. I don't know if she played "the trunk game" with the baby and put her to sleep there and the excessive heat or lack of oxygen plus meds did it (I know this is an outrageous stretch). But think liars are also cowards and she (Casey) probably wouldn't have the nerve to do it. Kinda like the folks in the olden days that thought drowning was more civil than beheading. (More civil to the spectators, maybe.) I've read ya'lls posts thinking it was an intentional killing, and I have read where she had a horrid temper, so I'm not beyond thinking "that way", either.

Casey had all these plans to have a buddy move in with her (in the house she was supposed inherit), but all that changed when Tony let her move in. Now she didn't need to off the parents - they were only around for her benefit anyway... car... money... house .... babysitter....

Switch back to the car. Backed into the garage... why? Because she first tried to bury the body near the pool. Now looking for a shovel (but she couldn't break into the shed and grab the shovel ... too smart to know criminals don't steal shovels...) The neighbor is a dumb old guy, in her mind, and he'd believe the tale about the bamboo cause everyone dealt with it... what she didn't know is he knew the family was strained with her and was wondering if she was loading the car to move out while the G-parents were away. He has kids. He's watching because the shovel didn't fit the moving that he had in his mind. She digs around the pool a bit, has poor Caylee's body lay in the dirt while she scours the yard for a good spot. Digging is harder than you think if all you've ever done is gold-digging. She covers up the sunken spot where Caylee lay by placing the ladder over it. (Her twisted mind uses symbolism and little clues so that while she is lying, she really is telling you the truth.) She nixes that plan, puts the baby back in the trunk, takes the shovel back, and d*** it, now she's got to get some gas to destroy the evidence. Back to the shed. It's locked, but that's no problem.

If she wanted gas for her car, why would she carry it around in the trunk, Grandpa? If she's at the house, would she be carrying them full of gas, walking to where the car was broken down? Do you know how heavy a couple of cans of gas are? Wouldn't she just call you to bring her some? Or Tony? Or Christina? And if the car was there, wouldn't she just fill the car with the gas and leave the cans? Remember, she's very shrewd.

When Grandpa wanted to get in the trunk of her car, she resisted. The cans were there, but that's not what she feared. It was the "Tell Tale Heart" beating where that little child lay. She didn't stress a minute over the cans, the g-parents just dismissed that, but still wanted to know where Caylee was. Was it the park? the beach? Disney World? I'm confused. The few days between the borrowed shovel and the "found" gas cans didn't equal the time it took for the "other car" to begin to smell. That one sat for 15 days. Grandpa honestly probably didn't smell or see anything then because of the fresh fuel fumes.

Cadaver dogs hit on a sunken spot next to the pool. I wondered at first if she hid the baby in the covered sand box, it seemed logical to me, but I think the body was in the trunk, for a time on the ground next to the pool, and then back in the trunk where the movement caused some fluids to escape whatever bag or container she used. G-parents couldn't explain the sunken spot near the pool; they never saw it before. They had already put the ladder back in the shed before any of this happened.

Cadaver dogs hit on the car trunk. Even after the rotten pizza and trash and gas cans. Go, dogs, go. Why would someone that lives in a neighborhood with trash pick up (G-parents house or Tony's apt.) need to carry a bag of trash and pizza box around in their car? Why would they need to go to a dumpster or landfill? And, most girls I know would leave a chore like that to dear old dad, anyway. Maybe she needed to go to the dumpster to find a bag of trash and food to put in the trunk to "hide" the smell that was beginning to rise... remember, the car was abandoned a few days AFTER g-dad got the gas cans.

There were notices sent to the house saying the car was at impound or tow yard. They had to "track down" the registered notice and they received it 15 days or so after the car was towed. Tow companies usually send out pretty quick, cause they like getting paid. Where were the first notices? Did Casey take them off the door and think she got them all? (I may be 100% off on that, but that was my thought train... no idea if there was one or three notices.)

Grandpa and Grandma hustle over to the tow yard. Grandpa is an ex-cop, whether he has homicide detective training or not, he knew his granddaughter was missing. Tow guy tells them it smelled just like a car a guy killed himself in. Why would Grandpa just willy nilly drive the car home, and Grandma just start pulling stuff out of the trunk and backseat, throwing trash away and washing clothes? Why wouldn't Grandpa think, "Gee, there must've been a crime. I should call the police since the car has been missing. OMG, maybe something happened to my daughter and granddaughter since I haven't seen them in awhile!!" They didn't even CALL Casey and say, "Hey, what's up with the car?"

They did not "FIND" Casey until the friend told Grandma she was at Tony's house. Maybe someone could explain to me why the parents would call the police about the car and the money and not about Caylee FIRST. Wouldn't THAT have been a greater priority, G-ma Cindy?

I think George and Cindy did put the pieces of the puzzle together very early on, and tried to delude themselves from the pain they knew would come. I am curious why they spoke in "coded" terms to Casey. Lee, the brother, played that game, too. They knew Casey used hints and clues of the truth to keep her from really "lying"... as long as there was a morsel of truth in there, she was o.k. with it. I don't know why they would just stop talking to her altogether when ANY information in the beginning (while she was in jail) would have helped... but, they knew it would help pop the Hope bubble they were living in.

Sorry to be so long. This thing has sooo messed with my head. I really thought everyone's thoughts on this were so compelling - just proves how Little Caylee has become a child of us all. She was so beautiful. How many families would have loved to take care of her so Casey could just be free........ so sad. Like Little Baylee, the child in the fireman's arms after the Oklahoma City bombing. We thought at first she was a sign of hope, to find sadly, it was not.

Oh my Susan! I've been following this case and recently ran across all of hundreds of documents on the internet. And yes, there are hundreds of pages. I spent hours reading them this last weekend. There was so much more in these documents/interviews that made more sense after reading them then what is reported on the evening news. I completely agree with you on your theories on this case (Zannie the Nanny and the Zaneax sp?) I hadn't thought of that one!!! I think you are absolately right on!

I was completely convinced that Caylee was in god hands when Casey got the tatoo on July 19 (some spanish words) that means "Beautiful Life".

Generally speaking, one would think that a mother's love is a basis for innocence. We think to ourselves, how can a mother of this beautiful little girl possibly or intentially harm her. Subsequently, when they do, we expect there to be a mental illness of sorts. However, I believe there to be no mental illness in this case. It Could be a number of things but the one thing that comes to mind is drugs. Situations and actions of Casey leading up to Caley disappearance and thereafter are totally relevant in a number of methodical implied statements from Casey. Casey tends to leave blind spots in her statements. Those blind spots which I would possibly call blackouts are the cause of Caley death. This is what I believe happen to Caley. During a period of extreme drunkeness, Casey overslept one morning. Little Caley decided that she wanted to go swimming and subsequently drowned. After Casey woke up and had a since of awareness, she noticed that Caley was not around and probably the first thing she did was run to the pool. She found her daughter dead in the pool. Then she becomes frantic. (noted phone calls) She knows that her actions the night before was a direct impact for her daughters death. In knowing this and considering her age, logical thinking probably did not take place. In addition, she was already having problems with her parents, therefore, letting them know would have been another I told you so. So this could have been her logic, a logic that makes no since and thus we continue to rack our brains of why she continues not to talk. Before I go, remember the mind regulates what it sees, even in a drunken Euphoria, and the interpretation of prior events while under the influence can sometimes only be piece together by the other parties involved.

This whole story seems to get more bizarre with each and every passing day. I now totally believe that this poor little baby did indeed have a LIVE father somewhere. Sadly though because of Casey the other set of grandparents never got the chance to know and love this baby. I feel so horrible for Caylees grandparents [as a grandma myself] I cannot imagine the agony they must face day after day 24/7. However, if this my MY DAUGHTER, it would be a cold day in hell before she would be safe and comfy at home while my grandchild ROT somewhere because she wanted to do nothing more than lie, lie and lie some more. These arent small little unimportant things either. The outlandish tales this woman makes up rival anything that even Stephen King could conjure up in his mind. There comes a time when you just have to do the right thing. I believe that if they refuse to house Casey any longer..allow her to be left in a jail cell, that maybe she would eventually break. Even if it should come out that little Caylee IS ALIVE..and WELL..I think they should still exercise a little tough love regarding the stealing and lying that their daughter has done. Maybe its the only way to make her grow up..and become a respectable member of society. And if not, at least she would be in a place where she isnt able to continue her life of crime and deceit. At some point the truth WILL come out. There are so many many people coming together in prayer for this situation that I not only believe..but I KNOW that the GOD I serve and worship will bring justice and prayers answered before too much longer. And when that does happen I hope that this family has the financial resources left to be able to pay for mental health treatment and that they havent wasted all they have on financing attorneys and t-shirts looking for a child that is no longer with us. And some people are comparing this woman to the one in SC all those years ago that killed her little boys by letting her car drive into the water while they were trapped inside. Im not sticking up for this woman in ANY way, but at least she had to decency to FAKE being concerned. She even managed to sqeeze out some tears. The only time we see Casey show ANY emotion at all is when she is fearing for her own safety and freedom. Also, I have read that in the beginning Casey wanted to put her baby up for adoption. Her parents wouldnt allow her to do that. Now, maybe they are wracked with guilt over this decision. I know I would be. Wouldnt it have been better to know that this little girl had a loving family that cared for her and nurtured her her entire life, rather than force someone to keep a child that they never wanted, and have it all end like this? Selfish..plain and simple. And the jail calls? HA!!!! Good LORD, all this woman cared about was getting ahold of her BOYFRIEND..and being able to concoct some ridiculous lie to tell him so he wouldnt break up with her? UNREAL!!!! Seriously...If the news is correct, Casey has been with 4 different men [that we know of] just in this past month, month and a half. And this is AFTER she is a mother, no longer single and free..LOL..can u imagine how many men she must have been intimate with BEFORE getting pregnant? Who knows who this childs father could be. And sadly, im sure that we will never know. As far as the story of the man that died, that just doesnt make sense. Anyone who would steal from their parents, best friend, and grandparents would be the 1st in line to collect any benefits for her child in the event that the father had died. This is more like a story that needs to be aired on Maury Povich than the primetime news anymore. Regardless of the outcome on this earth, Casey has no idea of what charges she will one day face when she meets her maker. GOD bless this family. I truly mean that..and more than anything, GOD bless little Caylee. At this point all I can hope for is that she didnt suffer.

I believe that as secretive as the Anthony's are, and as much as Caylee looks like George, that either he or Lee could have fathered Caylee. There is a warped background behind this girl.

It is so disgusting to see how many people point at George Anthony as the biological father. Sure that does happen but it seems in this case the accusations are not warranted. Some people cannot keep their minds out of the gutter. For sure Caylee had a father. Whom, we do not know. It may be someone totally ignorant of having fathered the child. Casey is wild and sex crazy so it could have been most anyone she had a thing for at the time. All the evidence points to her going with multiple person. She may not eve remember who she went with at that time. She partied, she drank and I believe did drugs so it is hard to say. If people are so suspious of it being casey's father they need to do a DNA on him and put that rumor to rest.

The little girl is dead. Her mother killed her with chloroform, which was found in the trunk of the car along with hairs from little Caylee that showed evidence that they had fallen out post-mortem. A search of her computer turned up that someone had actually googled how to use Chloroform from that computer. The cadaver dogs alerted on the car and in the backyard of the home. Why has she not been formally charged? The entire thing is a travesty of Justice. God will punish those involved, even if the little girl is never found. The grandmother, Cindy, knows in her heart what happened, and that's why she called 911 and told the cops it smelled like a dead body had been in the car. That was the only honest reaction that I have seen from her.

If Casey did this accidently, how do you explain the cloroform in the car trunk, her searching on line months ago to the Missing Children sites, and the fact now that she still has't said anything. I think that she killed the child to got back at her mother for the fight that they had the night before she and Casey left the parents house. How do you explain the fact that Casey took no clothes for Calee when she left that night. There is a lack of emotion there if she truly loved her daughter and had accidently kiled her,I don't she would be able to sit stone faced with no emotions when the dectives talk about Caylee being in the dirt rotting. I think that the parents know that she killed Caylee so why arent they trying to get her to talk and explain that rather than put herself in the place of the death penalty. I can't believe how naive Casey's parents are. The reason she has gotten away with everything and always gotten her way is obvious. The father as stupid as he is knows there was a dead body in the car but refuses to believe the daughter could have killed the child. Cindy, well there's no hope there. I think thw whole family are wack jobs. I have never seen anything like this in all my 55 years. What a spoiled brat/loser of a mom/ murderer we have here. Caseys dad needs to finally grow some nards and stand up to that dirt bag of a daughter. He has lost a grandchild. I don't feel any pity for him anymore because he is letting Cindy control this case with the lies he and they all know the truth and have from the day that picked that car up. Think about it if you feared opening that trunk and smelled the smell they did it would be the least thing to take a pair of pant's out of that car and wash them. I just heard that Casey even stole from her daughters trust fund, using Cindys information, online. Now that is pathic.
Casey lives in a fantasy world, she didn't have to work, people paid for her way. Either they paid for it, or she stole money to pay for her drinks and drugs. She didn't have to pay for car payments, or car insurance, her mother, Cindy did that. Cindy, paid a great deal to keep Caylee, with her.
She paid for Casey and Caylee's medical, food and clothing.
It was as if she wanted Caylee to be her daughter, and not her grandaughter. She and Casey, fought many times,over money, and Caylee. George, kept a secret from Cindy, on a internet get rich quick scheme. $10,000, he took from Cindy and his account, to pay for the scheme. The apple didn't fall far from the tree. George, taught Casey well. He probably taught her a lot of other things too. On how to dispose of a body, and no one would find it. Not thinking that would involve his grandaughter.
I am sure that they know the truth, George,put money in Casey jail account. After the news reports said, that Casey had no money in the jail account, to buy candy or coke.
And since Casey, has been in jail this past time, no one in her family, has come to see her. Only her attorney, that seems strange. This looking for Caylee, and other children, is great that they are doing that, it is a good cause. But at what expence are they doing it. To gain fame, another chapter in their book. They seem like actors,on stage. They love the attention, from the news. They like being in front of the camara. They thrive on it. They seem not to be able to exist without it.
And so Caseys, fantasy keeps on going, she doesn't have to pay for her food,(its better than hospital food). She doesn't have to pay, for her cloths, her water, her electic, the roof over her head ,or her candy or coke. Still every thing is given to her. The only thing that is missing from her life, is tv. and a computer.
She has blocked her daughters existance out of her life, she could not stand her daughters pictures, because she would have had to face that she killed her daughter. She still doesn't have pictures in her cell of her daughter. That would only remind her of what she did to Caylee.
I for one will not buy the book, or go to the movie, that will be made from this. It will not do Caylee any good, only the family, who benefit from her death.

Casey behaves like a cold hearted murderer. As a Nurse I watch how she behaves and her demeanor. I ask what mother would being crying her eyes out and act as though the world had come to it's end if their child where missing! I would not be smiling or behaving the way she does. She is a psychpath and thinks she has tricked us all into believing her stories that have not helped the police find her daughter.
I think the prosecutor ought to go for the death penalty until they get some sort of confession from her as leverage.
Her parents are in straight denial and enabling Casey to continue her story telling instead of compelling her to tell the truth. I will wait for the DNA results to reserve my conclusion.

I have followed every detail about this story - and my thoughts are.... Zanny the nanny is really Zanex pills, she used to put Caylee to sleep while she did what she wanted. Caylee probably was given the chloroform - something Casey learned from her ex's myspace page - (chloroform your date and get what you want). So Casey learned how to make this stuff and used it to put Caylee in a deeper sleep, hence she never woke up. Not an accident - no parent in there right mind who truelly LOVED their child would do any such a thing. Caylee was crimping Casey's new life with Tony Lazzaro and all her friends she was running around with.

Could someone clarify something for me from this case late last year regarding the DP??

Was the DP on the table at one time and then pulled before Caylee was found? What was the prospective penalty during the time that there was a lot of spin and speculation about an accidental drowning in the pool? Was it removed suddenly because they received the FBI lab report about the chloroform (don't anyone do a scan on my computer, I had to google it to get the right spelling : O !!) and that changed the whole game plan for the prosecution?

It's just that the new DP seemed to be reported as "again" and I wasn't sure if it was actually on the table before, or was just floated in the media. When the penalty speculation was publicized in 2008, I thought there were some "alternative" penalties somehow tied to her being out on bond, but I just can't remember if it was that, the chloroform or finding Caylee.
