Casey Anthony Back in the Slammer Again
August 29, 2008
It would figure, the day I decide to take my RV off into the wilderness for some fun in the sun and investigators decide to move in and arrest Casey Anthony again. So here I sit, in the middle of a thunderstorm, trying to get a good enough signal on my Blackberry to update you on this latest news.
Before we get into Anthony's rearrest, I think it pertinent to mention that Leonard Padilla, the bounty hunter from California who helped bail her out, announced this morning that he had changed his mind AGAIN and was NOT going to revoke her bond. Who didn't see that coming? Padilla claims he made the decision because Anthony's attorney assured him that she would not be in danger if she remained free. Regardless of Padilla's reasoning, Anthony is back behind bars again; however, from the look of things she won't be there for long.
When investigators went to the Anthony home tonight they did not pick up Casey Anthony on any charges related to her missing 3-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. According to a spokesperson with the sheriff's department, Anthony was arrested on three new charges: uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft.
These most recent charges stem from incidents that occurred in July, when Anthony allegedly stole $746.87 in checks from Amy Huizenga. Police say Anthony went on a shopping spree with the money and made purchases at Target and Winn-Dixie.
Anthony's bond is set at $3,000; however only 10 percent - $300 - needs to be paid in order to bail her out. As a result, she is expected to be out again by late tonight or tomorrow morning. Yippee!
Meanwhile, Texas EquuSearch is going to be conducting a search for Caylee tomorrow morning. Anyone interested in volunteering should meet at 8 a.m., in the parking lot behind the Holiday Inn at 5750 T.G. Lee Blvd. I wish them all the best of luck!

Full Coverage : Casey Anthony Case

I'm hoping that when she rejects the immunity offer, which I believe she will, they arrest her right away. Jose Baez keeps talking about how DNA can't identify if the source was living or dead, but we're way past that now if any kind of decompositioncal chemicals have been found and can also be associated with Caylee Anthony. Meanwhile, he's lied just as much as Casey Anthony - about requesting immunity, about Casey providing info to investigators, etc.
There's far too much protection of Casey going on - despite the ridiculous assertions of Baez, this case IS about Caylee, and until he is ready to deliver credible information to investigators, he should shut his mouth about how Caylee is "in danger".

what was the point of arresting her again tonight? she will be right back out, what are those cops up to? I think it was staged, a way to get her safely somewhere else. Not hard to figure out.

I wish, more than anything to be there & help out. Oh the single mother life :)
I hope & pray they find something leading to her disappearance.
I was surprised with her arrest tonight [i smiled]

I think Mr. Padilla should immediately revoke the bail that he posted on her while she is still in the slammer that way she will stay there. Let the B---- stay in jail. It isn't going to help her to open up but she is enjoying life on the outside with hot showers, pizza and thinking she is a celebrity. She is not a celebrity, and I repeat she is not a celebrity!!!! She may not have killed Caylee but she disposed of her body and is living high on the hog. Make her stay in jail and suffer with no visitations, no phone calls, no books, no TV, no radio. May be just bread and water, and see how fast she talks but I doubt if that would even work.

Oh...my blood is just boiling right now! The parents and lawyers have molly-coddled her into the false security she has. I think they are all to blame. How could Cindy go for a whole month without seeing her daughter and grand daughter. Apparantly...Cindy gave casey one month to get her act together. i makes me sick that a whole month went by and made the chances of finding Caylee near impossible. I feel so bad for the Anthomy family and anyone else that held that little girl dear, but I still blame them all.

She is out on bond and she has committed another crime. Should she be allowed out on bond again? I detest her and her sick family for protecting her. I hope she suffers everyday for what she has done and there is no way that Caylee is out there. She buried her and I hope she gets put in a horrible jail in the open population and is beat everyday. Her parents need to be put in jail too for destroying evidence. Why in the hell aren't they. What is wrong with the Florida judicial department. Scott Petersen was convicted with less evidence.

i really hope with everything in me that caylee anthony is found with no harm done to her. i hope casey anthony is cleared of any an all charges against her. like her lawyer stated tonight.."you did not see regular detectives out here arresting her for her crime of theft...you seen homicide detectives here" i think everyone including the cops are playing some kind of "media" game here and i just dont think it is fair. hey i may eat words later casey anthony could be guiltier than sin but remember this is america and you are innocent until proven guilty.

What an absolute joke of justice .... the media has made created such a frenzy over this very tragic and sad event.... get rid of the media and all the press they are giving this and maybe this SO CALLED MOTHER.... may just decide to really find this little girl.... the real issue ... not the celebrity they have created with her and the family.... over 10 weeks missing and no information on where she is ??? What goes around ... comes around a thought maybe her so called mother should have a good think about...
Heck who knows ... with the calculated mind the mother seems to have just maybe this whole thing has just been a stagged event just to get attention and probably when all is said and done .... get offered a book or movie deal !!!!
What a sad sad society we have become....
God bless this little girl

It breaks my heart to think of this little girl, trying to find justice and point athorities to her murderer failing over and over because of the stupid actions of amendments, constitutions, and worst of all fame seekers such as Leonard Padilla. This girl is a very very bad person who looked into her childs eyes that day and decided, ultimately, "My life would be better off without you"-- Do you know how many families are out there that would have LOVED that child?? People that are crying all the time that they CANT even have children!!! Casey Anthony has commited a heiness crime, and To be in jail is one thing, however, if she gets out again, this secret with imprison her for the rest of her life!!

I keep thinking to myself that things are really fishy here. I wondered if anyone noticed how the lawyer had his arm around her neck and she was wispering in his ear. Well then she spends 6 hours at his office. The day she got bailed out, I thought she was a little too friendly with her lawyer. We heard how she had boyfriends when Caylee tuned up missing, so we know she's a flirt and do you think she may be putting the make on her lawyer? Just crossed my mind!

WHERE IS CAYLEE??? I am so disgusted with this spectacle!! Casey should not be protected as if she's precious and in danger. What about Caylee? This 3 year old child is missing, most likely died at the hands of her psycho mother. Why are the cops waiting so long. And, btw, I work in the banking industry, and if Casey's friend Amy, filed charges against Casey, law enforcement is required to arrest her, not optional. I would like to see the public and the media, stop focusing on Casey and just keep searching for Caylee or her remains. We should shift the focus here. I'm sure Casey is sitting in her parent's home, searching online, and so thriled to see her name all over the internet. I don't think she should have access to a computer!!!!

I have to agree with some of the comments that I've read that this recent arrest was 'grandstanding' on the part of law enforcement. It was incredibly staged for maximum effect in front of TV cameras.
However, that aside, she is behaving under the assumption that 'deny ,deny, deny' on the possible manslaughter/murder charge will keep her from being found guilty. In fact, it may. If you look back at the OJ Simpson trial, that case involved a body and tons of evidence including blood and DNA; he was found not guilty. I suspect that he may have convinced himself over time that he wasn't involved. She may be doing the same.
In the florida heat, and the time that has transpired, by the time that law enforcement recovers this body, if ever, they will be incredibly lucky if anything survives that links Casey to this case. That being said, even if any of Casey's DNA or hair, etc is found on Caylee, it could be explained that any proximity of Caylee and her mother in the past, before the death, would make perfect sense and not be an indicator of wrong doing.
Because the Body Farm evidence is a new technology, if the other body fluid evidence in the trunk doesn't come back conclusively as Caylee's, and demonstrating decomposition specifically, it may not fly in court. (Given that it is admissible). It took juries a little while to comprehend and accept DNA testing when it was first introduced. Even given DNA data, defense attorneys can challenge the chain of custody and/or the integrity of the handling of the testing itself. Cindy Anthony is already responding by claiming that someone else may have placed a body in the trunk of the vehicle after it was abandoned. (this would take a gigantic leap of faith and imagination, but I'm sure that this would be spun as 'the kidnappers took Caylee, killed her when the heat was on, and then went on to frame Casey for the crime').
Since law enforcement is willing to accept that Caylee's death might have been an accident (carrying much lesser charges and possible time of incarceration), one of three scenarios are possible: 1. The most sinister being that the death was not accidental and was, indeed, homicide. If any sort of blunt force trauma occurred, even skeletal remains may still contain this evidence. 2. She has been highly successful in perpetrating lies in the past and believes that she will not be caught or have to suffer consequences for any of her actions including negligence (even this makes her a more significant threat to society in the future). 3. Least likely, her child was handed off to some other party, as she was looking to get rid of her child, to someone who might have paid her, or relieved her from her responsibilities. (obviously that person was not named Zani).
Thanks for posting the released documents. That was an interesting read and much better than listening to an interpretation of the facts by media that was not always completely accurate.

This whole bizare case makes me sick to my stomach. All the lies...it's like they don't even care what happened to this baby. We all heard this grandmother on the 911 calls. We also heard Casey in her jail house tapes. (Honestly I hope Tony sees her for what she is.) Wasn't there a tape of Cindy and Casey arguing over how many interviews Cindy had done that day! Both Cindy and Casey loved the spot light. And to think a poor little girl is missing and we have to watch these two! How come we never see any search parties searching for this child? I think the sooner we find a body the sooner we get these two off the TV for good!!!

im curious what happened with the clothing/shoe found in the woods did they ever find out if those articles were identified to belong to the mother or the child also is there anything that can be done to force her to talk it seems like the longer the child is gone the worse the situation becomes and its obvious she knows way more than what she is telling ....to us anyways

think that Cindy Anthony should be arrested as well SHE KOWS SOMETHING AND IS WITHHOLDING INFORMATION AND THAT IS A ACCESSORY TO CRIME PUT HER A*** IN JAIL TO AND THEN SEE WHATHAPPENS WILL SHE CONTINUE TO LIE FOR HER MOTHER OR WILL SHE FESS UP THAT SHE KNOWS MORE THEN SHE IS TELLING!!!!!!!!!
Posted by: Brandi | August 30, 2008 at 10:58 AM
Justice for Caylee, I'm sorry to tell you this, but Caylee IS dead, and if only George and Cindy Anthony took her at birth and raised her themselves, she'd be alive today!
As for Casey, I'm glad she's back in jail, because that's where she belongs!
Posted by: Lisa | August 30, 2008 at 11:05 AM
Well, they are reporting as of this morning that now it's back to Padilla revoking her bail. I thought he was teaming up with Baez?? Regardless, I am glad of this decision. To Marya, what is the point of arresting her?? Maybe there WAS a hidden agenda to it but it was for check forgery and stealing money from her "friend". I say GOOD JOB police officers, just keep putting the pressure on her. I mean as a human I feel sorry for the family that they have to go thru this, no one should. But on the other hand, their daughter is whacko, they need to do something about it to find their granddaughter.

Posted by: pak31 | August 30, 2008 at 11:32 AM
I think that this girl has been bailed out all of her life, never having to be accountable for anything. She shows no compassion for anything or anyone, people are disposable to her...basically a love 'em and leave 'em kinda person. Someone who has stolen from their family and they knew about it;but never did anything about it, what did her mother do? Took money out of her 401K to repay the Grandparent... She was the apple of everyone's eye until she had Caylee. I am sure her decision to put Caylee up for adoption was when she found out she was having a girl. They made such a huge thing about her wanting to put the baby up for adoption, it would of been the smartest and most compassionate thing this girl has or would of ever done in her life. BUT momma Anthony had to have her say and bailed her out by raising Caylee.
The attorney keeps saying "this is about finding Caylee";but when posed with question of why won't your client give more insight other than lies, he hides behind the client/attorney privelege clause. His press conference slammed the cops about them taking Casey out in front of the media circus;but amazingly enough he took his opportunity to use the media to say, well really nothing.....other than he sent a fax to the office that he would surrender his client at 541p.m, okay..then why didn't you take her in to keep from having the circus go on.
This goes on and on and on,either way, she is void of maternal instinct. You can put cute clothes on a child, parade her around and get the ooh' and ahh's;but that does not make you a mother. My daughter sleep walks and has a tendency to go outside at times, one night when she was 4 y/o she ended up behind a chair asleep in the family room. When I went to do my nightly "check in" on my 3 children, Caroline was not in her bed, not in her siblings rooms, I PANICKED!!! I was screaming for her, my heart was out of my chest....until I heard her.....I am not mother of the year;but I know where my children are and who they are with AT ALL TIMES.
This girl should of given this baby up for adoption and she would of had a good life;but the selfishness of this family just astounds me.... I think in short, that is what really gets me....the selfishness on so many levels. Also, the way the parents just buy everything she says and she is a good mother... I can tell you, a mother knows where her child is.And she knows where Caylee is;but to say the words would require her to have a conscience, a soul and compassion.

Im confused why she isnt out of jail yet. She was arrested at 8:30 last night and on a bond of only $3,000. It's now noon and she is still in? Why, her parents only need to pay $300 to get her out on these charges. Does the new charges have an effect on the bond allready posted? Is that automatically revoked? Again, Im confused.

i am curious but not offended that a homicide and sex crimes detective picked her up; hence, what is the big secret about "unrelated charges". she is a liar, and now accused of being a thief as well. these are the biggest group of dysfunctional, misinformed, and ego driven individuals i have ever even paid attention to, and only because it is so bizzare and rediculous. when enough proof is thrown in her face, justice will do its job. and why in the world, if in the unlikely event the child is found alive, would anyone of authority even consider returning this beautiful girl to this sick parent, in a dysfunctional home full of deception and lies; it is a waste of taxpayer money to continue to play this charade. her lawyer is an idiot. i read most of his emails back and forth to prosecutors. laughable. this person obviously has some deep seeded and dark issues to deal with. she never cared about the child prior to the grandma fessing up that she wanted answers; and having said that, none are still forthcoming. and she still shows no emotion, oh, except those crock tears in court. no parent wants to feel the guilt of ratting out their own, but i fear this was very long overdue indeed. the egos of these de facto professionals makes me want to puke; this should have taken its course long ago. now people are outraged, with good reason. in the documnents published last week, she made a horrible remark to independent witnesses to the effect of "one day we'll sit down and get drunk and i'll tell you what really happened to my kid". someone get her drunk already, throw away the key, and make an example out of a selfish, out of control single mother who is irresponsible, conceited, and obviously thinks she can get away with anything. if they ever find the child, i hope the woman (her mother) can explain her behavior, her remarks, and her outright deception.

Does everyone know that George Anthony drove Casey's car from the impound lot to the Anthony home...he obviously smelled the foul odor in the car then....and, I assume the tow truck driver has to check in the trunk right? Since the car was abandoned? I'm not trying to play jr detective here, but my father is a cop and he has mentioned several questions George should have asked his daughter....so I'm trying to figure out the timeline here--car abandoned June 27...towed June 30....George picks up on July 15...hmm so, IF Caylee was decomposing in the trunk, i assume it was from June 16-June 27?? would the smell linger from June 27-July 15?
Posted by: Casey is a liar | August 30, 2008 at 02:11 PM
When Cindy called the PD to report the car stolen and that it smelled like there had been a dead body in the car, Casey and she were having a conversation in the background. Had Casey just suddenly shown up at their home? How had she gotten there, and how long had she been there? Cindy said "I have given you 31 days to tell me where Caylee is". So Cindy must have known Caylee was missing all that time. Why did Cindy not call the police long before 31 days had passed? We all know why, and my heart just breaks.

I want to thank Mr. Padilla for coming thousands of miles. I'm sorry that people have been rude to this man whom I believe came out here operating from a father's heart in wanting to help Casey and her parents. And he has.
Despite the recent revokation, Casey Anthony was at home with Kaylee's grandparents for a few days and has to face these people who loved this child so much.
Because Mr. Padilla got her out of jail, Casey had a few days in the home, close to Kaylee's room and has to look her mom and dad in the eye. Hopefully she'll look into their hearts, too. If Mr. Padilla hadn't come out here, this would not have happened and it's true it roused the story and put pressure on the police and the public outcry to demand more loudly please tell us where this precious child is. Please, Casey, give your parent's some closure. Help bring your lovely baby home no matter what may have happened.
I thank everyone for praying for this family. Please give Mr. Padilla some credit for trying to help with what he knew at the time.

I think the bounty hunter knew she was going to be rearrested so, he didnt revoke the bond. I think the law rearrested her because, they know that, they are going to charge her with Caylees death before, she is able to get out bail out of jail. Surely they know she can get out by herself on that little amount of a bond (3,000). Why else would they bother unless they have more on her(DNA etc)? Another reason is to make her safe before, revealing the charge for murder to the public. A lot of people want to get ahold of her!!! Especially once they know more of the truth...I think she will admit some of the truth to try help save herself some years in jail, before its over. We all know she only cares about herself!!! She thought she was soooooooo smart that she could fool everyone but, she is finding out she cant fool no one!!! Even with mommy and daddy's help! I cant wait until she hangs!!!
Posted by: connie | August 30, 2008 at 08:05 PM
Caseyisaliar, you are correct if Casey put her little body in the trunk on June 16. However, George figured Casey ran over a squirrel. It was the Clearwater bonding company that revoked the bond, Padilla was the garrantor of the bond. If I am correct, Padilla had nothing to do with the revocation this time except to agree its to be done. The reason for the fanfare is because Baez was given a fax to surrender his client at a certain time. The detectives waited on it and finally went out to get her themselves. Its on Baez's shoulders for the fanfare. Now, why did homicide come in? Casey had explained that the reason she stole the money was to help her in finding Caylee. Police obtained evidence, videos at the places she forged the checks, and they proved Casey lied, yet again. This breaks the rules of the bond. So the Clearwater company revoked it. With or without Padilla's blessings, I don't know. Now I have heard the rumor that the Anthony's may petition that a portion of the reward money be used to bail Casey out. It may be far fetched and nothing but a rumor, but why will I not be surprised if that happens?

I read somewhere the car was parked right next to a dumpster. I don't think she would have taken the time to dig a place for the child to lay to rest, she is too lazy and spoiled to do that much work!! I hate to think of that little baby in the dump somewhere. I wish the law would come forward faster with the charges, but it takes time for the proper paper work and test and stuff. Not fast enough, this thing is driving us all crazy wondering where that baby is! I hope caseys mom and dad get charged too for covering up a crime.
Posted by: Connie | August 30, 2008 at 08:33 PM
I think they re-arrested her so the padilla's would be able to revoke the bond in that way.. they said they have suveilance video of her using the stolen checks at target. I hope they have information on what she bought.. and that it could be more evidence against her... during her time out she has done nothing to help find Caylee she just had a good old time laughing with the guests and spent time on her computer..she acted like everything was fine and normal.. sick, sick.. I cannot believe what kind of person she is.. and all the this stealing, lying, not giving a crap is so unbelievable.. baez tried to fight the bond in the beginning and said if his client was out she would cooperate and help find her daughter...she had a week and just sat on her @$$..

I keep watching the attorney's statement from last night and Cindy nodding when he says Casey knows where her daughter is, she is talking and there is a very good reason as to why her statements haven't been made public but they will all come out when the time is right. Then I started thinking: She didn't want to talk to the police, didn't trust the police, etc. Then it comes out that she had a relationship with an officer, the same officer that got fired for LYING about his relationship with Casey. Anyone else willing to bet that Casey is going to accuse that officer of either raping her or doing something to her or Caylee? And that's why she won't talk to the police or trust the police because he threatened her and he was in a position of authority? This woman lies so much that anything is possible at this point. I don't think anyone in her circle of friends is safe from accusations.
Posted by: JENSPAL | August 30, 2008 at 11:37 PM
The point of arresting her was to put pressure on her in my opinion. I'm really starting to believe that Casey fits the definition of a DSM-IV sociopath, and I'm guessing that there isn't a really good way to deal with people who are sociopaths. They gave her a week, she didn't help anyone but herself one bit, so they changed strategy. I also think that despite Leonard Padilla's interviews, the bail was going to be revoked on Saturday anyway - and that could play into the strategy to put pressure on her.
Posted by: Marya | August 31, 2008 at 12:51 AM
Ok, I think the biggest question here is WHY are Casey's parents supporting the fact that she REFUSES to talk? Her lawyer jumps to her defense and successfully dodges THAT question EVERY time he is asked, by adding how "we all just believe she isnt talking and that he knows different". Well if thats the case, whats the hold up? This is such a high profile case and with all the man power going into the search for Caylee, I think we ALL deserve to know what the authorities know. There is no one holding Caylee hostage and there is no babysitter. The tests came back with a positive on human decomposition traces. How is that not enough evidence right there?? The girl is missing, the mom wont talk, her car was abandoned, there is human decomposition in the trunk, Casey is NOT upset about her missing daughter...is there something that *I* am missing? SO many people have been arrested, charged and sentenced to life imprisonment with less evidence. Everybody needs to stop coddling Casey. She isnt the victim.

Melissa, I liked your analysis, sounded pretty apt. Except for the 'apple of everyone's eye' part. Sounds more like she was the pimple on everyone's butt.
Have you read the e-mail sent by Casey to a 12 year old girl? Pretty creepy in light of all we have found out...
You can see why her family keeps on denying the obvious. It's so hard to understand how she can call people 'sweetie' and tear up and actually cry, say she loves her friend Christina, etc., and yet by all the evidence the very least thing she is guilty of is lying, to everyone, pretty much about everything.

SHE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR LIFE!!!!!

since the dna samples of that hair matched caylee. and the body farm in tenn. stated dead air rot in the trunck of the car casey was driveing ,then why isnt casey anthoney charged with murder of caylee anthoney, and why isnt the whole family being totally investicated and their whereaboutts on the day the authorties think caylee wasa killed, allso the entire family should be forced to give dna samples, and thir clothes checked for evidence, after all casey and caylee lived in the anthoney home as a residence, casey had no money she could not get a residence to live in.
Posted by: brenda | August 31, 2008 at 06:29 AM
casey anthoney is proven to be a perfect lier, after all she probably had plenty of pratice ling to cindy, so she would give her some money to live on,pay for a babysitter, and gasoline, ciny and george werent doing any free babysitting, they had their careers to think of, no one in my opion really cared for caylee anthoney, thats why my guess the poor child is dead, and the entire familys guilty of the murder, thats why casey wont talk.her family helped her hid the body.
Posted by: brenda | August 31, 2008 at 06:39 AM
Casey has something she is making her parents to feel guilty and taking the blame of her behavior. These psychopaths are very clever with manipulating other people who care about them. Casey is taking the full advantage with this "poor me" act and it's all about "me, me, me". You add alcohol and drugs situation is uncontrollable. Casey was even using her own daughter, Caylee, to punish her mother Cindy. Casey thinks she is God who can give or take Caylee from her grandparents.
The facts have shown:
1) Casey has lied about everything to everybody.
2) Casey has stolen from her family and friends.
3) Casey has drinking/drugs/party obsession.
4) Casey is the last person known to see Caylee alive.
Casey is capable to all above ==> she is capable to murder her own daughter. This fact is really horrible to accept for Casey's family and friends.

I am amazed at some of the comments I see on this thread. I would like to remind everyone of the Ramsey case. How long did all of us think the Ramseys were responsible for the death of their daughter? Then recent evidence categorically ruled out either of them and pointed in the direction of another. They have been exonerated but only after years of hell perpetrated on them by a news hungry media. Wake up people. She may have done this but she also may have not. The media is the worst place to get accurate info.

please mr.padilla leave casey in jail stop trying to get the limelight . I have a feeling that as soon as you stop getting as much attention as you like you will go and get her out AGAIN just so you will get back in the spot light again. I have only one thing to say... DEATH BY LETHAL INJECTION.

This is so insane, I think the reason why Casey is the person that she is is because of her mother.....Cindy is absolutely in such denial about this whole thing it;s crazy. She denies now that she ever said that her daughter's car smelled like there was a dead body in it.
She refuses to believe the DNA evidence that has now come to light, what???? Casey and her mother are the same people. I am not surprised that Casey is the way that she is, she has lied thru her teeth through this whole thing, absolutlety has lied and been so evasive and her mother Cindy is doing the exact same thing.
I understand that the family is going through some hell right now, but HELLO....they only have themselves to blame. They are not trying to MAKE Casey responsible for a damn thing. They are loking for answers in al the wrong places and ignoring to look at the facts that all odds are against their daughter. There is no other explaning her bizzare behavior and her lies. She is the one that has done something terrible to her own child....come on, wake up Anthony family, read the writting on the wall, for God's sake....
What are they waiting for? All the evidence point to only ONE person, CASEY ANTHONY.....noone else. So if there's a slight chance of ever solving this mystery and bringing Caylee home at all, the Anthony family has to convince their daughter somehow that this is not about her anymore, it was never about her, them or anyone else, it is about Little Caylee and her safe return, but it is apparent that she may never be found alive... what has to happen to convince Cindy that her daughter is lying???
Just give this innocent little baby a chance to rest in peace whereever she is and give her the proper respect or burial that she so deserve. As for her mother, who cares what happens to her, I hope she rots in prison, death is too good for a person like Casey Anthony and anyone that has ever had anything to do with inflicting harm on an Innocent Child...let them all rot in prison...

Please, if this mother had nothing to do with the disappearance of her child, she would be beside herself, instead of everybody trying to figure out ways to get her to talk. It is very evident that she and her family know exactly what has happened to Caylee and where she is. I understand that proof beyond a reasonable doubt is needed, but, her actions truly are speaking louder than words. Leave her in jail on suspicion, stop putting all the attention of, " poor Casey", she is the culprit here. Let her stay in jail and pay no attention to her waiting for her to speak, let her see she will not be going anywhere. Everybody focus on finding little Caley, God Bless her Soul

Yesterday the FBI results came back that proves the body in the car's trunk was that of Caylee. I think the LE knew this and worked hard to get Casey in jail on the new charges. They figured she would be a flight risk if it leaked that murder charges would be filed against her. And with a mother like Cindy, who could blame them for being cautious. Alot of people think she will not be convicted for Caylee's death. I think she will. Her silence has spoken volumes. Her emotionless reaction speaks volumes. Her lying to authorities on even the simplest of things speaks volumes. Pray that TES will find Caylee or evidence that proves that Casey murdered her. Just another note: Cindy Anthony is putting together a lawsuit against OSCD because Casey got arrested without HER (Cindy) seeing the warrant! What a woman to think that she must see her adult daughter's arrest warrant!

I read a post where the person was asking IF Caylee was kidnapped, how come the family has never begged/pleaded with the kidnapper to bring her back. Good point! I thought of another one. Casey swears up & down that she left Caylee with "Zani the nanny". Does Casey not have any pics of her with Caylee? If not, why hasn't there been a composite of "Zani" made & released?
Nothing in this case makes ANY SENSE! If your young child disappears, you don't not tell authorities. Why does she distrust cops/authorities so much? Did everything she see in movies over-ride what she has known about cops? Remember her DAD is a retired cop!!! She doesn't trust cops...so she doesn't trust her own dad?
I don't know if they'll ever find a body or remains of any kind, but I sincerely doubt this little girl is alive. Casey has lied, stolen & seems to have done whatever it has taken to lead her party lifestyle. And her parents & brother live in a world of denial. What a pathetic family! Caylee deserved soooo much better!

I think little Caylee is buried somewhere in the Anthony's backyard and the whole family is now aware of it and that's why the big show of "let's go out and look for Caylee because she is still alive". I think the FBI should do some major digging and I think they will find the little girl's remains.

I personally think that she sold the child. That is why she is so calm about things. I have a brother just like her...6 wives and still he is always the 'victim'. Lies. Lies. Lies.

This whole thing makes me sick! She clearly has problems. One reason why Casey is sociopath, is her mother, Cindy. Another obvious conclusion, drug abuse, stealing, lying, and eventually killing. Her love for drugs and partying will explain the whole thing. We all know it, but why aren't we focusing on finding this poor baby? Dead or alive she deserves to be found.
For the media and her family to say she never had a drug problem is bullsh--! First of all, Cindy is a nurse, she knows it is required by law to protect pateints' records & rights to privacy AKA HIPAA. Without a court order seeking very specific information out of her medical chart which is federally protected information, there was no way for anyone to make that statement true so early in the investigation. ie:, we willl never know how messed up this girl can get and where's she's been unless/until a specific court ordered signed by a judge, requests all CFR 42 Part 2 information which includes drug and alcohol abuse.
I pray this baby is alive somewhere. It would not surprise me a bit if we find she was sold for drugs either. THE WHOLE THING IS SICK!
