Bigfoot Found? Intriguing Photographs and Exclusive Interview with Tom Biscardi

Although I typically cover true crime and missing person cases, I wanted to do something a little different today. Therefore, I decided to look into recent rumors regarding the discovery of a dead Bigfoot creature in Georgia. During my own investigation into the case, I was able to obtain an exclusive interview with one of the key figures involved in the case. This individual also granted me permission to post a photograph of the alleged creature. You might be asking yourself whether this is a hoax. Read on and decide for yourself.

Tom Biscardi, Chief Executive Officer of Searching for Bigfoot, Inc., states that he is convinced that a dead creature allegedly found in the mountains of northern Georgia is the elusive Bigfoot. In an interview with Investigation Discovery this afternoon, Biscardi provided exclusive details about the discovery of the creature and shared what it was like to see it firsthand.

According to Biscardi, it was roughly three weeks ago when Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer, two men who reportedly operate a Bigfoot tracking business, announced the find on Squatch Detective Radio.

"The commentator said, "Can we come down and verify your discovery?" and they said, "No." The person they said they wanted was the real big foot hunter," Biscardi said. "They wanted me."

The following day, the radio host contacted Biscardi and told him about the find, as well as Whitton and Dyer's request that he verify it. Biscardi agreed and flew to Georgia two weeks later to investigate the situation.

"All this crap was going through my mind," Biscardi reported. "Will they all be there? Was this all bologna? Will I call and the phone is disconnected, you know? Well, I get there, and my God, there they were waiting for me. They were two respectful gentlemen. One was a cop that was wounded, so he is on administrative paid leave right now, and the other was an ex-corrections officer. They made sure that I got in a decent hotel, and we talked for about an hour and a half. There was a big storm that night, and we agreed to meet the next morning. Then, they gave me the [creature's] DNA and they said, 'Here, we want you to take this and run it through.' They didn't want to show me the body yet. At that point, we were pretty much just breaking bread."

Biscardi flew back home, but returned to Georgia last Saturday. At that time, he was given the opportunity to see the body for the first time.

"I have to tell you, I was in shock," Biscardi stated as he described the moment he laid eyes upon the creature. "It was a euphoric experience for me. After 35 years of searching for this thing, it just blew me away. There I was face-to-face with this thing. It was about 7 feet tall and it weighs over 500 pounds. It had five fingers and five toes, very much like a human. His feet were in excess of 16 inches, and his hands from the palm to the middle finger were in excess of 11 inches. The teeth were protruding because rigor mortis had set in, and the tongue was out. Its guts were also out of its stomach, and it looked like the gasses in the body caused this because they had this thing since June 10 or 12. I don’t remember exactly, but [they had it] for about two months. They were afraid. They didn't know what to think about what they had."

According to Biscardi, Whitton and Dyer took him to the area where they allegedly found the creature. He described it as a rugged mountainous area that was approximately 7 1/2 miles into the woods. Once there, the men reportedly described to Biscardi how they found the creature.

"They found it by a stream," Biscardi said. "One of them stayed with the body for 9 hours, while the other one went to go get help and the truck. They had to get this thing out by hand, and it took a total of four guys a day and a half to do it. While they were doing that, they were hearing something. One of them took video of another [creature] that was following them, and they said they saw three of them in the course of a day and a half."

Biscardi stated that both DNA and photographic evidence will be presented during a press conference tomorrow afternoon at the Cabana Hotel-Palo Alto in Palo Alto, California. Following the press conference, the creature will be examined by a team of scientists. According to Biscardi, they will release their findings to the world.

When asked why one of the creatures has not been found before now, Biscardi replied that they live in secluded areas to which humans do not frequently travel.

"There is a minimum of 3,500 of these things, a maximum of 7000 in North America alone," Biscardi said." Their habitat is so dense and rural that GPS and cell phones will not even work. It is unexplored territory. Not only that, but I can prove to you that from Sacramento to Anchorage, some 72 planes have crashed, and nobody has ever found the wreckage or their bodies. Think about that and the fact that we have all this high-tech equipment and satellite imagery, and yet these things go undiscovered."

Biscardi said his interest in the creature began 41 years ago when he first saw the Bigfoot footage that Roger Patterson took in the 1960s. However, Biscardi admits that he was not fully convinced until he experienced a Bigfoot sighting first-hand.

"I was the biggest skeptic in the world until I had my first encounter," Biscardi reported. "There was one sitting up on a rock that we saw with inferred binoculars, and it was cleaning itself on limestone. I thought, my God, there really is such an animal, such a creature. I was in hook, line and sinker. I have had 6 other sightings over the last 35 years."

As the interview came to an end, Biscardi had this to say:

"There are a lot of skeptics and naysayers out there and rightfully so. Until they get to see it, until they get to touch it, they got minds of their own. But, I am telling you right now, what I saw was real, and what I touched was real."

Until scientific studies are conducted, there is no way of knowing if the creature that was allegedly found is truly a Bigfoot. Nevertheless, it does make for a fascinating story, one which Investigation Discovery will continue to follow closely.

It would have been a better thing had these 'discoverers' allowed an accredited university or lab conduct an autopsy to both confirm that it was real and then try to determine its genus.

As it is right now, the naysayers and the professional debunkers have the ammunition to fire scattershot at this report. What's more, that the press conference will NOT be showing the body, just adds to the misery and howls of this being a hoax.

Maybe this IS the real thing. I hope it is just to shut the loud moths up. But my gut says that the body will somehow mysteriously disappear... or turn out to be the GEICO caveman guy.

if you look at all the facts, you will see Biscuit lists a TV production company that is nowhere to be found on the net. So, why not some TV Company that is reputable?

Why take so long to devulge any of this and why in a different State?

It decomposed in a freezer?

A 7' 7" bigfoot fit in a 5' freezer?

If they have released the photos, why not the video of the rest of the Bigfoot they say was on film? What harm coudl that do?

I guess the Jury is out on this one and time will tell.... if Biscuit is right, then he will be vindicated, if not, he has ruined his Bigfoot credibilty forever!

I believe that this Biscardi fellow perpetrated a Bigfoot hoax in 2005. Making very similar claims about a body that never existed. His own brother pretended to be a doctor who examined the 'body'. He confessed to the hoax, but claimed he was deceived - not that he himself actually knowingly lied.

Now it looks as if he's at it again. We'll soon know.

We have proven the Lochness Monster was a hoax by now (deathbed confession and scientific proof the lake couldn't sustain food for that size a creature), but this big foot thing is really for dummies to the max. We know of so many species on this planet on a microscopic level hundreds of feet below the water and all over this planet. There is no stone left unturned. Don't you think with all of our technology today if there was a big foot, we would know by now?

There are a lot of old cow pokes and hunters here in Idaho that claim they have seen them. It would be nice to have them proven right. But this thing should have been taken to from where they found it directly to the proper folks for evaluation. Doesn't it seem strange that the promoters of this find happen to be two people who, when they "found" this "unexplainable" creature went straight to Squatch Detective Radio, and then refused confirmation by anyone other than a known Bigfoot promoter with a severely questionable background? As a police officer, at least one of the discoverers should have had much better presence of mind on how to handle evidence and have it investigated appropriately. I would be interested to see a team from CSICOP do a once over on this, I suspect it would be over in less time it would take to put together the promo for the Discovery exclusive.

No way is this real. Just look at the track record of big claims that also came out of Georgia - Hogzilla and Hogzilla II, also called the Monster Pig, shoot by a kid named Jamison, with altered pictures and false claims about the farm-raised hog by the canned hunt company.

Folks have learned that they can pull in a bundle with that 15 minutes of fame nonsense! But it'll get them in the end - the canned hunt folks of Monster Pig fame are out of business and the place is for sale.

This is no surprise! I live across the street from a bigfoot! I think she is anyway, she always drives her mini van too fast in the neighborhood so I never really saw her face. I happen to believe in Bigfoot. It saddens me greatly what might happen should this be proven a real "creature." It is obvious we are dealing with an extremely intelligent form of life being. Which evidently has been able to elude man for hundreds of years. Native American story talks of him for hundreds and thousands of years. Also in some elder story, that an understanding of mutual respect of each other stood for all the years. Bigfoot as many call this being, in their story is keeper of the forest. I hope that if this is real, that stringent protections are in place immediately, and we leave them alone. Also, once they finish all the necessary tests to prove this is not a hoax, then please put the body back where it was found. It's obvious the others of it's kind were curious and disturbed about us taking their kind out of the forest. If they can avoid our kind all these years, then they must also share similar emotions and mannerisms as we. Also, how did this creature die, I'm curious to know. As alleged hunters, they would have a gun with them. I hope they only happened upon this creature. It might explain why the others of this kind followed along quietly -- for fear of meeting the same fate, perhaps? Though, I believe they found him the way they say they did. I want to know what a DNA test would/did do? It's not like we have a bigfoot control sample. As they report, though, it's human DNA? Is that difinitive? Could there be variations of human DNA that belong to something other than humans? IF this is real, it is obvious that it isn't human. But, like a chimp, their DNA is very close to human... but still not the same. I don't get it. I don't know if I buy this or not, but given actual proof, I'd be open minded about it. We would all like this to be true. However LOGIC tells us there is no way bigfoot could have escaped our science for this long. If I were going to try and pull off a hoax of this magnitude, I would have come up with something that looks alittle more real. Thats a horrible costume!

The creator of the "costume" came forward saying he made the costume and they eyes were from a deer, the teeth are dentures and the guts laid out were possum.

All I have to say is if this does prove to be nothing more than an elaborate hoax I hope these two guys get locked up! Anyone is smart enough to know that with all of the technology we have these days that even the best of hoaxes is going to be able to be disproved. I wish people who are so quick to shoot off their Uneducated mouths would do a little research before spouting off.Bigfoot is REAL and has exsisted for thousands of years. Bigfoot is a bipedal hominoid called Gigantapithicus which is thought to be extinct. There has been bones found in a Cave in China I think proving the creature did exsist. Why is it so difficult to believe that something thought to be extinct is in fact not. There are animals being discovered all the time that had been thought to be extinct.I have been a hunter for the last 40 yrs and have had TWO encounters with bigfoot and let me tell you that there is NOTHING more Frightening than having a Huge Creature stand there and Scream at you in the darkness of the night! Anyone who has the desire to know the truth only need to do some research as there are plenty of pictures and video of BF....some of females carrying a baby BF. Also footprints of BF have been analazied by the formost expert of primate footprints and he said that the dermal ridges of humans prints run in one direction and in primates they run the oposite direction and the BF prints he inspected ran diagnoly which would be the case of a creature that is part human and part primate.

hay ok so i wuz reading and looking at this photo it looks very flipen real but the question is did they even check to c wut kind of blood it had or if the fur was really real i ant sayin i dont belive u guys its juss did they even do a full body check in this thing and if that is also real let ther b big foot investigaters go and investigate this place it wuz found at. make a documentary and show the world if there is any footage of any more of these bigfoots and we all might juss belive that ther r bigfoots in the world because it will b investigated and recorded
