Bail Agent Revokes Casey Anthony's Bond
August 30, 2008
Yesterday, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla told the media that Casey Anthony's bond would not be revoked. Since that time, Padilla either changed his mind AGAIN or his nephew, Tony Padilla, made the decision without him.
According to officials at the Orange County Jail, Anthony's bond was revoked late last night. During an interview with the Associated Press, Tony Padilla said the decision was based on new evidence against Anthony and "heightened security concerns."
Anthony was rearrested late last night on three new charges: uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft.
These most recent charges stem from incidents that occurred in July, when Anthony allegedly stole $746.87 in checks from Amy Huizenga. Police say Anthony went on a shopping spree with the money and made purchases at Target and Winn-Dixie.

Okay, so this case has gone from weird to totaly crazy! Is it something in the air up in Orlando?
Is there any word on her cell bill that investigators are going over to see exactly where she was during the days before the grandmother reported the baby missing? I haven't heard much about this. I'm curious if she left the Orlando area at any point during that time frame.

What about the excessive credit card bills Casey tallied up on her parents dime? Wouldn't that also show where and what she might have been up to during that time?

Okay, this case is getting more wierd by the minute not just the day. I am so glad that the bail bodnsman revoked the bail. What the heck was he thinking in the first place by bailing out a complete stranger to him? She had him snowed like she has her family snowed. SOMETHING happened to little Caylee and Casey knows a whole lot more than what she is saying or probably will ever say. I just hope that Casey gets what is coming to her. I hope that the investigators find more than circumstantial evidence. I also hope they find little Caylee or, god forbid, a body so that she can be given a proper burial if that is the case. And it looks like that could be very likely the case. Remember Casey 'borrowed'a shovel! This pathetic excuse for a mother, Casey, is just not the brightest crayon in the box.

I would be willing to bet that if anyone examined her itemized receipt at Target, there was absolutely NOTHING bought for her child (clothes, toys, etc.)
The police in Orlando did a GREAT job yesterday. Casey is where she belongs. My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims of her crime -- Caylee, her grandparents, and everyone who loved this beautiful little girl.

Financial Casualty & Surety's Orlando based bail agent Ms. Dina Edwards surrendered her surety company's bonds totaling $500,200.00 on Casey Anthony due to several factors including increasing security concerns and Anthony's new felony arrest.
FCS Quote:
Due to the continually increasing security concerns, the new felony charges and the recent DNA evidence have combined to increase our risk on this bond. Therefore we are surrendering our bond and will take some time to evaluate the situation. We will reserve the right to repost the bond at a future date.
Let us keep in mind that there is still a missing little girl somewhere. Our hopes and prays go out to her.
Thank you.
Dina Edwards

They do seem a bit schizophrenic, those Padilla boys, don't they?
They've been looking for an out after the idiots thought the attorney would allow Casey to confess to them. Geez, what novices and idiots...they's why they're bounty hunters and not successful in the investigative field.

This is the most bizarre story I have ever heard of involving a missing child. The mother, Casey, doesn't seem concerned in the least which leads me to believe that she killed the little girl. Because even if Casey was involved in something, like drugs which has been mentioned, and she sold or gave the child away (or heaven forbid, the child was kidnapped by someone she owed money to or had cheated or something), she would not be able to motivate because of being scared for her daughter. I feel certain that she would not feel like going out clubbing and acting as she has.

"heightened security concerns" hmmm...Afraid some of the public might storm after her, once they reveal what they know? Yeah sounds like they have more evidence now. I wouldn't be surprised if in the next couple days they charge her formally with Caylee's death. Lets all pray, that casey tells what she did with Caylee. casey is toast!

I think something came up that if casey killed her own child by put cold medicine and make her drowny and she drove to other country and killed her and carry her body into her trunk and she had been spending hard to think where she is going to rid to have fun. She let caylee body in her trunk and let it buried ,it can be at parent house and flush in toilet. If cindy smell that decomposed body,it can be telling it was present smell.it got to somewhere in pipe or under driveway floor. So I have son is 2 yr old,if he is missing,I would wake up and beat my heart where is he..all he have is me that god give miracles.. Casey shouldn't think it's allright to have party and fun..I believe caylee is on angel's side.. No matter how world go after her body to be found.. Pray for her.

I'm curious as what what Casey's buying habits were in the 30 days before her mother Cindy reported Caylee missing. We've been also hearing Casey had used her parents credit cards up to the sum off $45,000.00. Is that true as well? What ever the sum, investigators should subpena those records from the credit card companys to see what she has been purchasing. Is there a way for the investigators can find out what she bought at Target with Amy's stolen money as well? One more thing regarding the shovel that Casey had borrowed from her neighbor. Reports have said she had the shovel for approximately 1 hour. Wouldn't it be logical to think it would take her more than an hour to drive somewhere to bury Caylee, then dig a grave, bury her and drive back to return the shovel? Then again, maybe she didn't drive anywhere to bury her. Maybe she was bringing Caylee home and that's why human decompostion was found in her car. Casey has always stated that..."Caylee is close..." Re read the transcripts when she was being adament with her father and telling him "NOT" to go into her trunk.

I am sure that police are well aware of her cell phone records and are putting everything together. I havent' heard much about it either but I am sure that's a huge part of the evidence. I am glad she is back in jail. Too much craziness at her parents house when she was there for that week.

I hope the state does not offer any immunity. Do they really think they are going to get a truthful account of what happened? she will make up a story like it was an accident to save herself and we all know- it would be impossible to get tattooed, go to parties and flash hip signs to cameras, and bump and grind with some loosley clad girl if such an accident occured. This story is gut wrenching. It moves me to want personally find this little girl myself and find for her a safe place where she will have a safe and happy life...and it isnt even my child! So it makes no sense to me how Cayce can lie, lie, lie. she should recieve the death penalty should all the evidence point to Cayce murdering this little girl.

The baby is dead. It's just a matter of time till her body is found..they are searching for a dead body now. I think Mommy isn't speaking because she knows shes going to the klink and doesn't want want to stand up and admit what she did until she is forced to. The hairs found in the trunk of the car show post-death, scientific evidence has proven this with studying the hair root. Obviously it's not he mothers hair because she is still breathing.

Please people, it wasn't Padilla who revoked the bond, it was the bonding company. they may allow it to be posted again. Whether Padilla picks up on it or not, I don't know. The OCSD spokesman said that there are other charges pending so Casey may be charged with more financial crimes. Rumor has it that if the bond gets posted and Casey gets out of jail again, the LE will rearrest on the next conclusive charges.

Nobody is asking about how the car got to where it was. Every report I hear is they "found the car" Didn't Casey know where it was. If she was looking for Caylee didn't she need the car? How come she didn't know where her car was? Was Caylee kidnapped with the car? That's the piece of the puzzle I'm missing.

I think it helps the states case against Casey letting her out on bail. Her mother did claim she needs to be out so she can help in the search. So Padilla lets her out and she does nothing. I'm glad she had a taste of freedom and then ripped away from her. Cindy and George can live with what they help create. Everything points to something happening on the 16th of June. Casey and family try to distract from the time line of being before or after.Everything is closing in on them and they will have no where to turn other than the truth.
