I am excited about this upcoming new show.
I have watched, with fascination, other similar shows, but I also am in need of an investigation.
My 19 year old son died questionably in Amsler Park/McGregor, TX on Feb. 16, 2006.
His story is online @ www.JusticeForUs.org, click on Newsletters, scroll to: "Suicide or Murder in McGregor, Tx?"
Additionally,
Four of the five officers on scene, were asked to resign in June, 2006 for unknown reasons. I have made numerous requests for a meeting, made calls to leave a message to call me back, even contacted Dispute Resolutions, Inc./Waco to mediate, but McGregor PD has declined due to "scheduling problems."
Ex-Det. Korey Martin orally reported to Richard Baer, Field Investigator @ Southwest Inst. of Forensic Science/Dallas, that:
1) "Reportedly, Joshua was a drug user." Toxicology came back negative for drugs and alcohol.
2) "Josh and mother fought the previous night." This is normal for he and I. Ask his brother, Michael.
3) "App. suicide with swing set chain vs neck."
Dr. Reade Quinton told me that he had initially ruled the death as Undetermined, but because of this report, he changed the ruling to suicide.
According to Martin's report, the 911 call was made @ 5:41AM, yet Dispatch sent McGregor PD @ 5:35AM!
Cause of Death: Red-purple parenchyma with pulmonary edema.
Manner : Death by Hanging
Yet, Dr. Quinton says there was no evidence of strangulation.
Too many unanswered questions.
According to Mark Safarik, FBI Behavioral Analyst, he suggested I get an "Equivocal Death Investigation".
I need the truth. Joshua deserves justice.

My cable company doesn't carry Court TV and I've been bummed out for years because I love to watch these types of shows. Now this new channel will satisfy my need for true crime shows.
