Decision 2012: Debate and Decide Who Is America's Favorite Pet

 

It's October already (!) and one of the greatest decisions we must make for our country is quickly coming upon us: Who is America's Favorite Pet?!

Next week, the final ballot opens and we need YOUR votes to pick the country's favorite companion. While other debates kick off, we're staying focused on our most important mission.  Who will it be?  Dog?  Cat?  Independent?

Deliberate carefully and review the results.  In the meantime, here are a few of (my favorite!) nominees so far:

[Halloween dog costumes]

The way a person treats animals says a lot about what type of person they are. Strapping a dog to the top of a car for 12 hours! Few bathroom breaks! (the dog had to go in the crate) Then he hoses the poor dog down and puts him back up on top of the car! These things are bad enough but the fact that he and his wife defend their actions even now speaks volumns about this familys 'values'.
