Slug Looks Like a Game of Thrones Dragon

Several people have posted this picture on my Facebook wall recently and it's a pretty amazing. Commonly known as a blue sea slug (Glaucus atlanticus), lots of people think it looks like a Pokemon.
To me it looks like a dragon from Game of Thrones. Which makes it awesome.

has this slug developed legs...?!?! kinda scary if he is evolving...if he was to have a natural or super-imposed stunt to his growth, we would be in big trouble!! Is it poisonous? Does it need a female to reproduce?

I think that in this photo isn't glaucus atlanticus, it's glaucus marginatus... altlanticus is bigger
