Gorillas Learn to Dismantle Poacher's Traps
07/21/2012
This story of the first ever documentation of juvenile gorillas dismantling a poacher's trap is just awesome.
The Daily Mail reports:
"Just days after a poacher's snare had killed one of their own, two young mountain gorillas have been spotted working together to take apart poachers traps.
Staff at the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund were stunned when they spotted the plucky young duo, called Dukore and Rwema, destroying a trap in their forest home."

Or worse, they'll start creating their own traps for poachers. That would be just awesome to see in the news :)

I hate who was ever setting up poacher traps. People should never do that, it is just wrong. They need to make a law for it. Its a good thing that the gorilla is smart, they could have gotten hurt. We need to save all wildlife!! I love animals, save them! Stop poaching!
